Horseback riding is among Camp Lohikan's daily activities.


Established in 1957, Camp Lohikan in Lake Como, Pennsylvania, is a residential sleep-away wilderness camp in the Pocono Mountains that offers campers more than 65 outdoor summer activities, according to its website. The camp for children ages 6 through 15 includes 1,200 acres of mountaintop campgrounds. Among the activities listed in 2010 are sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing, horseback riding, paintball, swimming, drama, dance, and music. Camp sessions typically run from six to eight weeks, with a one-week mini-camp also available.
