Paintball paint is water soluble.
According to PaintballX3, the first paintball game was played in 1981. From 1981 to present, paintball has exploded into a popular extreme sport. However fun and exciting the game is, it can be quite messy. The original paint used in paint balls was oil based. This made cleanup difficult. However, the new paint balls are water soluble, which means that removing them from items such as fabric or plastic is quite easy.
Instructions
1. Wipe away any paintball paint as soon as you notice it. Paintball paint is much easier to remove when it is still wet.
2. Run the wash cloth under hot water. Wring out any excess moisture.
3. Add a few drops of liquid detergent to wash cloth and rub in your hands to create a lather.
4. Scrub the paintball stain with the soapy wash cloth. Use medium to firm pressure, with a quick back and forth motion. For stubborn stains, scrub with a soft bristle toothbrush. Use a circular motion with firm pressure.
5. Rinse the soap from your wash cloth and wipe down the piece of plastic. Dry the plastic with your last wash cloth.
