The Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science & Technology in Syracuse is a hands-on museum with dozens of state-of-the-art exhibits that allow children and adults alike to learn while having fun. From walking through a giant replica of the human heart to climbing into the cockpit of an F-16 and flying it with the flight simulator, the museum has activities for all age groups. The museum also has an IMAX Omnitheater and planetarium. Special events and classes are hosted throughout the year.

Kidzclub Indoor Play and Party Place
Kidzclub Indoor Play and Party Place is in Phoenix, New York, which is about 24 minutes north of Syracuse. The facility is a 6,000-square-foot indoor playground for children 8 years old and younger. Kidzclub hosts birthdays, which include exclusive use of the facility and party room, balloons, food and a party coordinator. The indoor playground has tumble mats, slides, balls and toys--and the environment is free of hard surfaces, jagged corners and dangerous objects. The Kidzclub Cafe serves up hot dogs, pizza, pretzels and nachos. The Fun Junction
The Fun Junction, located in DeWitt about 10 minutes from Syracuse, is a multifaceted play land for kids and teenagers. The facility has a state-of-the-art arcade with interactive video games in many different genres, miniature bowling with lighter balls and pull-out bumpers tailored for children, an on-site pizza restaurant, and laser tag. Laser tag games take place in a dark, multilevel arena lit by strobe lights and laser beams and clouded with fog. On Fridays and Saturdays, guests can pay a flat fee and have access to every part of the Fun Junction all night.
