The modern tactical vest provides soldiers with the means of carrying large amounts of equipment and ammunition in the most comfortable way possible. Beyond that capability, the vest plays an important protective role by incorporating body armor into a load-bearing system. Base Vest Assembly

Cummerbund Assembly

Side Plate Pockets

Body armor of the past had a weakness in that the sides of the wearer were often left uncovered and vulnerable to damage. The Advantages Of The Stun Gun

A stun gun delivers a charge of electricity to its target, incapacitating them without killing. They come in a number of different varieties: some fire electrodes connected to wires at their targets (using gas charges, much like a BB gun or air rifle does), while others require you to touch the tip of the stun gun to the target in order to work. They contain a number of advantages over other forms of self defense, which helps explain their popularity. Does this Spark an idea?

Safety

Because they are non-lethal, stun guns tend to be much safer than other forms of weaponry. They cause no permanent damage to the brain and there are very few long-term neurological effects. Most guns possess a voltage far below lethal levels (2 to 3 milliamps in most cases---a tiny percentage of the 1 amp necessary to kill someone). That means any unintentional victims will recover if they are accidentally hit with a stun gun. A large number of stun guns also have safeties and on/off switches, letting the user decide when to active them.

Utility

Once they have been charged, stun guns can be used multiple times before they need to be recharged again. Unlike pepper spray---which must be directed at the face or eyes---a stun gun will work on any portion of the body. Most stun guns work on standard alkaline or lithium batteries, making replacement charges very simple to find, while others use recharging kits that let you plug them into the wall. Stun guns can fit into a purse or jacket pocket very easily (letting you carry them anywhere you wish), and while firearms require practice and training to use safely, stun guns require much less time in order to master.

Effectiveness

Most stun guns are very effective when incapacitating an attacker: the effects depend on the gun's voltage and how long you hold it to the attacker. Low voltage stun guns carry about 100,000 volts, while high end models can carry 1 million volts or more. Holding a stun gun against an attacker for several seconds creates a loss of balance and an inability to control the muscle spasms which wrack up and down the attacker's body. This state lasts for up to 15 minutes: plenty of time to affect an escape and call the authorities. Even brief contact (1 second or less) with a stun gun is sufficient to cause disorientation and confusion in an assailant. Some stun guns will also shock those to try to grasp the far end of the handle, making it more difficult to disarm someone who wields it.

Having a fast-shooting paintball gun can provide an enormous strategic advantage in a paintball game. This allows you to continuously fire on the other team and have a better chance of hitting them. Instructions

1. Remove the stock trigger frame from your paintball gun and replace it with an electronic one. Typically, this is done by removing two screws from the underside of the gun on the trigger frame. Carefully pull the trigger frame away from the gun. Place the electronic trigger frame in the same place, being careful to make sure the internal parts line up properly on the gun. Screw the trigger frame in with the two screws that were removed before.

2. Place your electric hopper on the feed neck of the paintball gun. Electric hoppers agitate paintballs, which increases the feed rate of paintballs into your gun.

3. Replace the CO2 on your gun with a compressed air tank. You simply unscrew the CO2 and screw the compressed air tank in the same receptacle. Compressed air is more consistent than CO2 and can help the consistency of your paintball gun shots.

The cost to start a paintball business can be kept low.

Paintball has become a popular activity and business idea. Many entrepreneurs are attracted to high profit margins that are possible due to comparatively low operating costs and multiple revenue streams available. There is a wide range of startup costs depending on how you design your paintball business, but it can be done cheaply.

Building Costs

Building costs can be your highest or lowest cost. At a minimum, you need a medium-sized field. This would require leasing land and having a small structure or trailer where you could operate out of and store gear. Creating an indoor arena will mean higher rent and building costs. Reassemble An M16 Airsoft Rifle

Reassemble an M16 Airsoft Rifle

The M16 Airsoft rifle is a sophisticated air gun that mimics the look of an M16 rifle so accurately it can shoot projectiles almost as fast as the real weapon fires bullets. It is advisable to reassemble the M16 Airsoft rifle right after having taken it apart for cleaning so that dirt and dust do not get inside the gun and cause problems with it functioning. You will need the same tools that were used to disassemble the rifle. Reassembling the M16 Airsoft will take you about the same amount of time it took for you to take it apart, or it can even be faster.

Instructions

1. Pace the M16 frame horizontally on the soft cloth with the barrel of the rifle facing to the left.

2. Place the hammer plate onto the back top edge of the rifle. Place the gun stock against the hammer plate and fit it into the slot on the back edge. Use a Phillips screwdriver to attach the screw that fits beneath the gun stock where it meets the hammer plate.

3. Place the trigger guard assembly onto the bottom middle of the M16 frame. Attach the screws around the trigger guard assembly with the Phillips screwdriver.

4. Place the magazine cartridge gearbox onto the M16 frame in front of the trigger guard assembly on the left side. Attach the screws around the magazine cartridge gearbox with the Phillips screwdriver.

5. Slide the barrel into the upper receiver until it is all the way inside.

6. Place the upper receiver onto the top front end of the M16 frame. Slide the upper receiver all the way to the back end of the frame.

7. Insert the pin that fits into the hole on the other side of the M16 frame, making sure it slots through the hole in the front of the trigger guard assembly. Insert the pin into the hole on the other side of the M16 frame and through the hole in the front of the magazine cartridge gearbox.

8. Put the magazine back into the bottom of the magazine cartridge.

Make Ammunition

Making your own ammunition can save you money and provide you with an unusual hobby and marketable skill. This process should only be done by an adult and only while using the most extreme caution. Only skilled people with knowledge of all of the components of ammunition should attempt this process.

Instructions

1. Understand the difference between a cast bullet and a jacketed bullet. The term jacketed bullet means a jacket around the bullet. You will find this on rifle bullets with the copper jacket around it. Jacketed bullets can be driven at a high velocity, about three-thousand feet per second with no changes to the barrel of the rifle.

2. Know the purpose of casting a bullet. Cast bullets are generally made for handguns, such as pistols and semi-automatics. Cast bullets have a lower velocity, around sixteen to seventeen hundred feet per second. These are easier to make yourself as well.

3. Purchase or collect some of the lead wheel weights that can be found on any vehicle. These can be purchased at an auto parts store or salvaged from a junk yard.

4. Gather and set up the equipment you will need. Put on the appropriate safety gear, including goggles, a respirator and clothing that is not loose or baggy.

5. Turn the furnace on to number six on the dial--a medium-high heat. Allow the wheel weights to melt completely, add a piece of ingot, which is blended lead alloy. Allow the two to melt together and mix. Pour the lead into the molds using the small ladle. It is a good idea to wear fire-resistant gloves while doing this.

6. Allow the lead to cool and set in the molds. To take them out, turn the mold upside down and use a piece of wood or rubber mallet to pound on the bottom of the mold and loosen them.

The Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) is a nationwide program sponsored by the U.S. Navy. The NSCC is for young Americans, ages 13 to 17, with a desire to learn about Navy life. Sea Cadets are authorized to wear official Navy uniforms marked with the Sea Cadet Corps insignia. The objectives of the program include instilling in cadets a sense of pride, responsibility, patriotism and courage. Cadets are instructed in and out of the classroom in military drills, basic seamanship and leadership. The Navy League

The Navy League Cadet Corps (NLCC) is open to both boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 13. The purpose of the program is to introduce American youth to military and maritime life. The NLCC's main aim is to cultivate camaraderie and promote knowledge of the military command structure. Young Navy League cadets drill in much the same way as their older Sea Cadet counterparts. They also train in nautical skills like signaling, first aid, water safety, knot tying and firefighting.

Homemade Laser Sights

Homemade Laser Sights

Airsoft is a popular recreational game that, like paintball, involves teams of players attempting to eliminate the opposition by shooting them with small pellets. Airsoft guns fire tiny plastic BBs, and your accuracy with your gun can increase tremendously by adding a laser sight. A homemade laser sight can be mounted using a laser pointer and some electrical tape.

Placement

Placement of the laser pointer is essential in having an effective laser sight. If you mount your sight in an ineffective location, it will not accurately represent where your shots will be going, as it will not be aimed down the sight of your gun. Pistols are the easiest guns to mount a laser to. If you have a silencer, the laser can mount on the bottom of the silencer; if not, you can mount it on the side of the pistol, vertically aligned with the barrel. For larger assault rifles and shotguns, the pointer can be placed atop the gun near the end of the barrel. No matter where your laser sight is placed, make sure it is pointed straight out, in line with the barrel of the gun. Test firing can be performed after it has been mounted.

Mounting

The simplest way to mount a laser to your gun is with black electrical tape. With the laser in position on the gun, use a strip along the top and a strip on the bottom side of the laser pointer to quickly secure its place. With this tape in place, the pointer will be more stable, allowing for minor adjustments before the final taping. Once you are sure of the alignment, secure the tape in place by using pieces of tape that start on one side of the pointer, cross over it and touch the gun again on the other, with the tape running perpendicular to the direction of the laser.

Using the Laser

If you simply secure your laser in such a way that it will always be on, you will quickly find that its batteries have died, making a method of turning the laser on and off a must. One way to enable the laser to be on without having to keep a finger on it is to use a rubber band. Wrap the rubber band around the gun and pointer, more than once if needed for it to be tight enough to depress the pointer's button. The band then can be placed over the button when you want the sight on, then slid off to shut the laser off. If you find it difficult to get the rubber band to work, tape the button down permanently, then slightly unscrew the cap of the pointer, breaking the battery's circuit. To turn the laser on, screw the cap on tight again; to turn it off, unscrew it just enough for the laser to turn off.

Rebuild A Golf Car Seat

Golf car seats can be replaced.

Seats on a golf car break down and become worn with use. The foam padding loses resilience. The vinyl seat covering material gets cracked and faded from constant exposure to the sun's ultra-violet rays. Custom replacements are costly and cannot always be found to fit a given golf car. You can rebuild a golf car seat in a single afternoon. Give your golf car a new look using a few tools from your work bench.

Instructions

1. Remove the worn seat from the golf car. Most golf car seats are contained by angle metal on four sides. This allows easy removal of the seat for access to the golf car batteries. Remove the back rest for the seat from the vertical supports by removing the screws or bolts that hold the back rest in place.

2. Place the seat and back rest upside down on a work bench or table. Remove the staples that secure the vinyl to the plywood base with a narrow screw driver or staple puller. Save the vinyl covers for the seat and back rest as patterns for the new vinyl. Observe how the vinyl is folded at the seat corners. Save the foam pads for use as patterns. Save the plywood bases as patterns for new plywood.

3. Cut new plywood bases for the seat and back rest using the old parts as patterns. Round the corners of the plywood with a saber or coping saw. Cut new foam for the seat and back rest using the old foam as patterns. Apply white all-purpose glue to the top sides of the seat and back rest plywood bases. Center replacement foam on the plywood bases. Allow one hour for the glue to dry and hold the foam in place.

4. Cut the new vinyl for the seat and back rest. Use the old vinyl as patterns. Cut the new vinyl one inch larger than the old vinyl using heavy scissors. Place the vinyl for the seat on the work surface with the finish side down. Center the seat unit, foam-side down, on the seat vinyl. Test the fit by folding each edge over the plywood. Adjust as necessary.

5. Begin stapling to the plywood on the front or back side of the seat. Staple from the middle of the seat to the end, placing 5/16-inch staples at one-inch spacing. Staple the opposite side of the vinyl beginning at the middle of the seat. Pull the vinyl tight as you place each staple. Staple each end, folding the vinyl to duplicate the fold in the original vinyl. Work from the center to each end. Repeat these steps for the back rest. Trim excess vinyl. Position the back rest in place and attach with the original screws or bolts. Replace the seat unit.

Attractions In Wildwood New Jersey

The Jersey Shore is not only what you see on the television show. That show focuses on the northern portion of the New Jersey Shore. Several times each day, Fascination offers a special allowing an hour's play for $5 or $6, as of 2010. The normal cost is 25 cents per game. A coverall game, to fill all holes in your grid, plays twice a day. Players redeem winning tickets for arcade prizes.

Wildwood offers a variety of ocean cruises ranging from sightseeing to fishing trips, and even one with a show on the water. Several companies operate dolphin and whale-watching cruises with schedules based on the time of year. There is even an evening cruise, which includes a buffet dinner. If watching dolphins and whales isn't your thing, there are fishing cruises that supply all the needed gear and bait. For children, a pirate-themed cruise allows youngsters to pretend they are pirates in an adventure that includes singing, fighting off other pirates with water cannons and finding a treasure. The kids get to keep a souvenir from the treasure.

Instructions

1. Bring the Tippmann X7 up to your shoulder firing position. Look down the front sight, the large plastic triangle at the rear of the firearm. Be sure you point the rifle in a safe direction during the fitting process. Keep the safety on and disconnect the hose from the tank to prevent accidental firing.

2. Adjust the height of the sight by turning the dial on the right hand side of the triangle. Bring the height of the sight up to the point where you have the rifle shouldered and still are able to view through the sight.

3. Grip the handle and see if your longest finger wraps around and touches your thumb. Determine if this is comfortable or easy for you to take accurate shots. If not, consider adding the E-grip to the Tippmann X7. The E-grip uses the same semi automatic action as the X7 but gives the handle a wider grip.

4. Use a 1/8-inch hex wrench and a small screwdriver to remove the grip receiver on the X7. Push the two push pins on the side of the trigger guard in and remove the guard. Unscrew the receiver with the hex wrench and remove it.

5. Add the E-grip and screw the new receiver from the kit into the old receiver position. Attach the 9 volt battery to the E-grip at the wired connection plug and put the trigger housing and guard back into the X7. Tighten the connections, and insert the hose back onto the tank.

Techniques For Shooting Paintballs Fast

Paintballers

In the heat of the moment during a paintball match, you must have flexible, fast fingers in order to spray many paint pellets in the hopes of defeating the opponent. To improve your firing speed, make some adjustments to your gun or exercise those fingers.

Modifications

Installing a hairpin trigger is one effective modification to get the trigger moving faster. To install a hairpin trigger, replace the pins in the trigger mechanism, which will reduce the friction between sear and hammer and reduce the trigger's movement. For a A5 or X7 gun, for example, experts recommend replacing the "Trigger Stop Pin" with one that's .145 or .155 and the "Bottom Sear Stop Pin" with a .165, .175, or .185 pin. But don't choose too large a pin for the trigger stop, because that will prevent the trigger from actuating the hammer and from resting the trigger after shooting. Going too big for the bottom sear stop will make the gun lose control and start shooting like a fully automatic-and it won't stop.

Changing the pins is a delicate process, so do it correctly. Consult an expert first, such as the techies at TechT Paintball Innovations, who provide detailed instructions on this installation. But if this costs too much or if you are not up for making these complex modifications, simply focus on certain finger exercises that will improve your shooting ability.

Fast Fingers

The core to shooting paintballs fast is not to have a fancy gun, but to have fast fingers-really fast fingers. Paintball champions train their fingers extensively, working on coordination and speed. You can practice off the field-even in the car.

Paul Chia of Team Faction recommends a couple of finger exercises that increase shooting capability. The first is the rubber band technique. Obtain two rubber bands. Loop one band around the index finger of your right hand and connect it to the middle finger on your left hand. Loop another band around your left index finger and connect the band to the middle finger on your right hand. Stretch out the bands until they are tense. Hold your left hand away from yourself, keeping it steady for the right hand to do exercises close to your body. Now, practice pulling a trigger with the right index finger. Pull on the band as fast as you can in 30 second spurts. Complete five sets, switching the position to exercise both hands.

The next exercise Chia recommends is similar to the previous one, only you position your trigger hand so it is away from your body-as though you're shooting yourself in the face. Loop the band around your right trigger finger and connect the band to the left middle finger, keeping the left hand close to your body. Practice firing, going as fast as you can in 20 second bursts for five sets. When you've completed five sets exercising your right trigger finger, switch the position to exercise your left hand.

At other times while you are in the car, at home or on the computer, continue practicing by tapping your fingers to build coordination and speed.

Results

Keep working these exercises for two to three weeks and measure how it affects shooting. Try to keep a count of how many paint balls you can shoot in a second and measure it against the weeks you've been exercising your fingers. While you are improving your firing speed, don't get discouraged; keep practicing.

Put A Scope On A Paintball Gun

Paintball guns are generally sold with only the basics necessary for shooting. They don't comes with any extras. Additional gun components can be purchased separately and added to the gun as needed. If you are a long-range shooter, one addition that will be extremely helpful to you is a good scope.

Instructions

1. Use the scope rail on the gun body if it has one. Although guns don't come standard with scopes, many tactical paintball guns do provide a standard rail for attaching one.

2. Attach the scope to the rail with a ring mount, which ia available at any paintball supplier. Ring mounts come with bolts and screws for proper attachment.

3. If necessary, remove the carrying handle of the gun. Some handles are attached to the rail with ring mounts, just like a scope can be. Simply unscrew the mounts and remove the handle. The rail on the gun will be ready for mounting the scope.

4. Replace the handle. Since the handle was probably attached by a ring mount, you won't need any additional equipment. You can use the hardware you already have.

5. If the handle can't be removed, mount the scope on top of it. The handle should have a scope rail on top, and you can attach the scope to the rail with ring mounts.

Get A Paint Splatter From Spray Paint

Splatter paint effects are easily created with spray paint.

Besides being used to cover a surface with a smooth layer of color, spray paint can also create a variety of artistic effects. The secret is all in the cap and nozzle combination and the distance that the can is held from the surface it is painting. For example, although aerosol paint is made to provide even coverage of a surface, it can be handled in such a way that it creates a paint splatter effect that is often used by graffiti artists.

Instructions

1. Fit the can with a fat cap that promotes splatter effects. All fat caps can be used to create a paint splatter effect, but some do it more naturally.

2. Hold the can 4 inches from the surface being painted, nozzle facing forward, and hold the can's trigger halfway down. The paint stream will be concentrated onto the surface and will create a thick application of paint that drips as well as splatters.

3. Hold the cap a quarter of the way down to create tiny splatters. These can be layered in different colors to add texture and interest to the surface.

Smart Parts Ion Instructions

Use the Ion marker when playing paintball.

Paintball is an amateur sport in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by hitting them with paintballs fired from a device called a paintball marker, or paintball gun. The paintballs are typically made from non-toxic ingredients and are designed to release their colored content on impact, creating a paint splatter to show a target was hit. The Ion, a paintball marker made by Smart Parts, uses compressed air or CO2 to propel paintballs and can be set to multiple firing speeds.

Instructions

1. Insert a 9-volt battery into the Ion's battery compartment, using a screwdriver to remove the two screws from the left side of the Ion's grip and lifting the compartment open. Place the battery in the compartment and tuck the wires into the space above the battery, then close the compartment and reinstall the screws.

2. Screw the included barrel onto the Ion. Place the provided barrel blocker over the end of the barrel and secure the cord as far back on the body as possible, then cinch the cord tight.

3. Fill your loader with paintballs and insert it into the feedneck, then tighten in a clockwise motion to secure. Turn the pressure system on by slowly turning the valve of the attached compressed air system to the "On" position, or by attaching a pre-filled CO2 system to the pressure system inlet.

4. Hold the power button down for two seconds to turn the Ion on. The unit will turn on with the "Vision Mode" already activated and the light will blink slowly if there is no paintball loaded, or quickly if there is. De-activate the "Vision Mode" by pressing the power button briefly until it blinks twice. Turn the unit off by pressing and holding the power button for an additional two seconds.

5. Fire the Ion by pulling the trigger. Adjust the firing mode by increasing or decreasing the "Firing Mode" setting. Mode "0" fires one shot per trigger pull; mode "1" fires more than one shot per pull if the trigger is pulled at a rapid pace; mode "2" fires up to three consecutive shots when the trigger is pulled and held, and mode "3" allows the Ion to be fired repeatedly while the trigger is held.

3. Print your selected image onto the iron-on paper. It may take a few tries to get it just right, so use regular paper as a test before printing onto the iron-on paper.

4. Heat the iron to high heat without steam. Lay the ski mask down, face up, onto a flat surface or ironing board. Olympus E 3 Vs E 510

Olympus---as with other camera manufacturers---release multiple digital single-lens reflex (D-SLR) cameras in multiple classes each year to meet the needs of their customers. In 2007 Olympus released both the E 3, a high-end D-SLR, and the E 510, a mid-range D-SLR. While the two cameras share some basic features, they also have a number of differences.

Megapixels

The more megapixels your camera has, the larger the photos you can print without compromising the integrity of your photos. To print photos that are 8-by-10 inches or larger, or smaller photos with fine details, use a camera with at least six megapixels. Both the E3 and the E 510 exceed that recommendation with 10.1 and 10 megapixels, respectively.

Continuous Shooting

Continuous shooting in a D-SLR allows you to take a lot of photos in succession by simply pressing and holding the shutter button. The faster your camera can shoot, the better it will be for faster subjects like children, sporting events and pets. The E 510 can shoot up to three frames-per-second, whereas the E3 can shoot up to five frames-per-second. The E 510 can continue that shooting burst for eight consecutive RAW photos and the E 3 can shoot up to 16 consecutive RAW photos. When shooting lower-quality JPEG photos, both cameras can continue that burst until the memory card is full.

Display Screen

The LCD on a D-SLR serves many functions: viewing your photos after you take them, setting your camera's settings and using the live view function to compose your photos rather than the optical viewfinder. Both the E 3 and E 510 have a 2.5-inch, 230,000-pixel LCD. Where they differ is the E 510's LCD is stationary, while the E 3's LCD swivels, allowing you to shoot pictures from virtually any angle.

Battery Power

Both the E 3 and the E 510 operate on a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery pack, which are more powerful and last longer than standard batteries. Both cameras operate on the BLM-1 battery, which allows the E 510 to take approximately 650 photos and the E 3 to take approximately 610 photos when using the optical viewfinder on the cameras rather than the LCD screen.

Size

Make Your Own Paintball Package

Paintball comes in two basic styles. First is woodsball, the military-style game that takes place in rolling fields and woodlots. Then there is the arena-style speedball, which takes place on a sports field with inflated or erected obstacles providing cover. The assembly of a proper playing package for either game heavily overlaps, and making your own package for either or both is relatively straightforward.

Instructions

1. Select camouflage clothing for the package. Woodsball wear needs to be in camouflage colors, and while a speedball outfit does not need to be, it is best to go camo anyway so that the same suit can be used in both games.

2. Choose clothing like long-sleeved shirts that will help you cover the maximum amount of skin. It might get hot under there, but it is better to be a little sweaty than to lose some skin to a close-range paintball hit. Don't forget gloves to protect the hands.

3. Take a hockey mask or costume Jason mask and cut holes on both sides of the eyes, near the temples. These slits are for admitting the strap of the safety goggles, so that you can create one seamless face protector akin to the standard paintball mask. Be aware that the round breathing holes of a hockey mask might still admit a paintball, so you should consider covering them by gluing a thin layer of gauze to the inside of the mask.

4. Paint this mask in camouflage colors.

Most of them are white or off-white, and will stand out on a woodsball field.

5. Combine the mask created in Step 3 with a light toboggan and bush hat to protect the ears.

6. Choose and purchase your paintball gun. This is the core of your package's offense, and finding the right weapon is important if you want to succeed.

7. Acquire combat webbing from an Army-Navy store, a butt pack, or some other handy carrying bag. You need something for storing ammunition that can be easily retrieved in a tight situation, so backpacks won't do.

8. Consider additional weapons, if allowed by the rules. There are plenty of extra paintball weapons that can be made at home, and some of them are very easy. For example, you can make your own paintball grenades by filling a balloon with nontoxic paint.

Make A Nerf Rifle

Instructions

1. Create the tank of the NERF rifle by solvent welding a 3 inch by 2 inch reducer and a 3 inch end cap onto a short length of 3 inch PVC pipe. Solvent welding is simply brushing the solvent onto the surfaces and pressing them together.

2. Drill a 1 inch cap, and insert a tire valve into the hole. Solvent weld it in place. Weld the cap to a PVC tee.

3. Make the intake assembly by welding a length of pipe to the tee, then welding a 1 inch by ? inch reducer that's threaded. Screw a sprinkler valve into the threaded end of the 1 inch by ? inch reducer.

4. Weld a short length of PVC to the other opening of the tee, then weld another tee onto the other end of the pipe. Weld a bushing onto the end. This will be the handle.

5. Etch a place for the NERF rifle's trigger behind the tire valve. Solder the necessary wires that will run from the switch to the battery. Clamp the tripper, an open toggle switch, in place with cable or zip ties. Clip the 9 volt battery in place with two clips.

6. Assemble wood spacers by screwing lengths of wood between two short boards so that they resemble a short ladder, or the back of a wooden chair. Determine the height of the spacers by holding the pump so that it interfaces with the tire valve. Clamp the spacer and the pump securely to the NERF rifle with a host clamp, and tighten it as much as you can with channel clamps.

7. Screw on the sprinkler valve.

8. Make the barrel for the NERF rifle with a length of "quick fix" PVC used to repair PVC pipes. Use a rotary cutting tool to cut a chamber for the NERF darts, but do not remove too much of the PVC. Weld on a threaded fixture that will connect with the sprinkler valve. Be sure that your barrel is the same length of the NERF rifle-too long and it will not work well.

9. Insert the barrel, load the NERF ammo, and take on the world.
