Tippmann's A-5 fires up to eight paintballs per second.
The Tippman A-5 is a paintball gun or "marker" that can be powered by CO2, compressed air or nitrogen. It fires standard .68 caliber paintballs at a maximum rate of eight balls per second. The semi-automatic A-5 is fed by a 200-round hopper and has an effective range of over 150 feet. The Cyclone feeder diverts excess air pressure from each shot to reliably feed paintballs into the chamber, avoiding jams that often occur in gravity-fed markers. Its receiver is die-cast aluminum and the barrel measures 8.5 inches in length. Without a gas cylinder attached, the A-5 weighs 3.5 pounds. Available options include the Tippman E-Grip, which offers the option of full-automatic fire, three-round bursts or semi-automatic operation.
Instructions
Installing The CO2 Tank
1. Press the Safety button on the left side of the receiver to lock the trigger.
2. Slide the bolt handle back until it locks into place, then release.
3. Insert the valve end of the CO2 tank into the tank adapter on the end of the pistol grip. Turn the tank clockwise until it stops to lock it into the adapter.
4. Switch the Safety to the "Fire" mode and the gun is ready for operation.
Installing the Hopper
5. Make sure the hopper is free of debris or foreign objects.
6. Push the manual advance lever to verify that the star feeders turn smoothly.
7. Align the tab on the hopper neck with the cutout in the hopper housing and install the hopper on the marker.
8. Fill the hopper with paintballs and push the manual advance lever to advance the first paintball into the chamber.
Velocity Adjustment
9. Adjust the muzzle velocity by using the included Allen wrench to turn the velocity adjustment screw located on the right side of the marker.
10. Reduce the muzzle velocity by turning the adjustment screw clockwise.
11. Increase the muzzle velocity by turning the screw counterclockwise.
Unloading
12. Remove the hopper, point the marker in a safe direction and pull the trigger several times to make sure no paintballs remain in the chamber or feeder.
13. Remove a charged CO2 cylinder by rotating it counterclockwise 3/4-turn. This closes the pin valve in the CO2 tank so no pressure enters the marker.
14. Bleed the residual pressure from the marker by pointing it in a safe direction and pulling the trigger several times until it stops firing.

In Paintball Smash 2, you are dropped into an arena filled with fellow paintball enthusiasts and left to paint them before they paint you. Find corners to hide behind and lean around to take down opponents before they see you. Duck to avoid your adversaries' projectiles, and to improve your player's accuracy. The Tippman A5 is a popular paintball gun manufactured by the company Tippmann. This paintball gun, like many other models, has a serial number that may need to be utilized for warranty claims. Every new Tippman A5 comes with a warranty registration card that requires this information prior to submission. Finding the serial number is a simple task and takes very little time.
Instructions
1. Remove the paintballs and air source from the Tippmann A5 prior to searching for the serial number. Moving around the Tippman A5 to find the serial number could cause paintballs to be fired if it is loaded.
2. Located the cocking handle on the Tippmann A5. This is located on the left side of the paintball gun body near the barrel. The cocking handle sticks out from the side of the gun and is the piece used to cock the paintball gun prior to use.
3. Look below the cocking handle on the paintball gun body. The serial number is located here.

A BB gun propels its projectile using a spring or compressed air as the power source. You can make a BB gun out of a water gun by using the water pressure to fire the BB. You will need a water gun and a few household supplies as well as BBs from a hobby shop. Parents should supervise the making and use of the BB gun if there is any concern about how the BB gun will be used.
Instructions
1. Empty the water from the water gun. Press the trigger a number of times to empty the firing chamber and barrel of water. Let the water gun dry for a day.
2. Place a bath towel on a table to keep the surface from getting marked by the water gun. Place the water gun on the bath towel with the barrel facing to the right.
3. Hold the eraser end of the mechanical pencil in one hand. Hold the pliers in the other hand.
4. Pull the metal barrel off the pointed end of the pencil with the pliers. Pull the lead tube out of the pointed end of the pencil with the pliers. Dispose of the metal barrel and lead tube in the trash.
5. Hold the pointed end of the mechanical pencil in one hand. Hold the pliers in the other hand.
6. Pull the eraser cap off the eraser end of the pencil with the pliers. Dispose of the eraser cap in the trash.
7. Place a BB pellet snugly in one end of the pencil which will now serve as the barrel of the BB gun you are making.
8. Place the point of the blade of the utility knife into the hole in the tip of the barrel of the water gun. Enlarge the hole by twirling the point of the blade of the utility knife in a circular motion.
9. Apply bonding glue carefully around the tip of the water gun so that it doesn’t get into the hole. Line up the end of the pencil that doesn’t have the BB pellet in it over the tip of the water gun. Push the end of the pencil over the tip. Let the bonding glue set for three hours.
10. Fill the water gun with water in the usual manner. Go outside in your backyard.
11. Aim the BB gun that you have made at a bush or other soft object that a BB is not likely to ricochet off of. Depress the trigger to fire the BB pellet at the bush or soft object. Reload to continue firing.

The Proto SLG paintball gun is easy to maintain. Maintaining the gun consists of basic cleaning on the exterior and lubrication of the bolt. Maintenance is mandatory after several rounds of play as the gun accumulates dirt, debris, paint and chips from the paint balls. Regular maintenance ensures the gun fires smoothly and consistently and it prevents the gun from jamming. Jammed guns cost you time during competition and decrease your effectiveness on the field.
Instructions
1. Locate the hex fitting on the end cap, and insert a hex wrench. Turn the wrench counterclockwise to loosen and remove the end cap. The cap is attached to a metal rod with a plunger, and the entire unit will pull out of the gun.
2. Wipe any dirt and grime off the rod and plunger with a clean cloth. Add a thin layer of silicon based lubricant to the metal rod and the O-rings on the end cap and plunger.
3. Push your finger into the neck on top of the barrel until the bolt slides out of the gun. Wipe any dirt and grime off the bolt with a clean cloth. Add a thin layer of lubricant to the O-rings on the bolt and to the bolt metal.
4. Insert the rod into the back of the barrel, and push the plunger and end cap back in place. Tighten the end cap with the hex wrench.
5. Wipe down the exterior of the gun with a damp cloth to remove paint and debris. Wipe again with a dry cloth. Use a cotton swab to clean the cracks and crevasses on the gun body.
Army Basic Combat Training is designed to change an everyday citizen into a soldier. The 9 weeks of training teaches recruits the skills and values necessary to succeed as soldiers.
Geography
Basic training takes place at one of five locations: Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Fort Knox, Kentucky; Fort Benning, Georgia; Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; or Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
Phases
Basic training has three phases. During the first (Red) phase, recruits complete orientation, receive a uniform and haircut, take a fitness test, undergo basic tactical training, and learn the Army's core values. In the second (White) phase, they undergo combat drills, and field and rifle training. During the final (Blue) phase, recruits learn to use automatic weapons and grenades, and complete more difficult combat challenges.
Considerations
Recruits should bring these items to basic training: white underwear and socks; a comfortable pair of shoes; seasonal clothing for several days; a combination or padlock; toiletries; and important documents like a driver's license and social security card.
Significance
Basic training is a precursor to Army Advanced Individual Training, where a soldier completes specialized training for his specific Army occupation.
Features
Fitness and nutrition are two of the most important components of a soldier's life, especially during basic training.
Airsoft pistols are used in airsoft battles and tournaments as a sidearm to larger guns or a primary weapon for pistoleers. These replicas fire plastic pellets instead of live ammunition at opponents during a simulated combat. Pistols are excellent close range weapons and can serve as a fallback when more powerful weaponry is being reloaded or otherwise unavailable. Customizing an airsoft pistol with a new paint job is an excellent way to show personal creativity and artistic skill.
Instructions
1. Decide on the color and style of paint that you would like to use. Unlike other weapons, a pistol is unlikely to give away your position and can be painted in any preferred style. Commandos may prefer a flat black or camouflage paint, while others may want a chrome or silver finish.
2. Plug the barrel and, if the gun has one, the gas canister slot with cotton balls. Paint that runs into these will ruin the seals and warp shots from the barrel.
3. Cover the bolt, barrel tip and any parts that you do not wish to be painted with masking tape. Remember to re-apply oil to moving parts once the paint job is finished.
4. Stand the gun by pressing a skewer into the newspaper-covered ground. Then press the skewer into the barrel, embedding it in the cotton. Wooden skewers are unlikely to scratch the barrel, but take care not to let them rub inside.
5. Spray the gun in even strokes of paint. Alternate colors for camouflage and build your paint on the gun with multiple coats. Many light coats are far preferable than one heavy coat as it will look better and last longer this way.
6. Allow the gun to dry and apply multiple coats as desired. Don't overdo the paint; only apply enough to evenly coat the surface. Too many coats or too thick paint will cause flaking when the gun is fired.
Get your amateur skater to the top by advancing in free-roaming levels in "Tony Hawk's Underground."
"Tony Hawk's Underground" is a skating video game for the PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, Xbox and Nintendo Game Boy Advance video consoles. What makes this game stand out in the "Tony Hawk Pro Skater" video game series is that gamers play as an amateur skater making his way to the top. Follow the storyline and complete a series of missions to advance from free-roaming levels such as New Jersey, Manhattan, San Diego, Hawaii, Vancouver and Moscow. But first, there's the problem of getting over the New Jersey Bridge.
Instructions
1. Play your way to the third chapter of the New Jersey level, called "Getting Outta Dodge." Watch the cut-scene where you will be told to get train tickets for Manhattan.
2. Go to the train station and you'll see that you have no way to get over the bridge. Talk to the tomb maker and he will tell you that he'll make a ramp if you bring him scrap metal.
3. Move down the street and go into the first alley you see. Go to the first house on your left and grab the piece of scrap metal from the roof.
4. Jump from rooftop to rooftop until you reach the last house and grab the last piece of scrap metal.
5. Go back to the tomb maker and the ramp will be built. Gain speed on your skateboard by going back up and around the block. With enough speed, you will easily jump over the bridge.

Celebrate your 16th birthday in a way that reflects your personality, whether it's formal or informal.
Milestone birthdays, such as your 16th, require a special celebration due to the significance of the event. Turning 16 generally signifies new responsibilities, privileges and hopefully more maturity as this birthday puts you closer to adulthood. Most teens like to celebrate their 16th birthday by throwing a huge party or doing something extravagant. Celebrate your 16th birthday in an unusual or unexpected way by doing something you have never done before or by revisiting your favorite birthday from your childhood. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Make a list of ideas on how you would like to celebrate your 16th birthday. This might include a super party with a glitz and glamour, retro, Hollywood, nightclub or other over-the-top theme. Other popular ideas include a sleepover with some of your closest friends, an outing to a mall or theme park with a group of friends or a day out, such as at the spa for girls or a paintball park for boys.
2. Talk to your parents to set a budget--if they are paying for your celebration--and ground rules to avoid getting into trouble on your birthday. Discuss any plans, ideas and requests you may have so that you are both on the same page. Negotiate with them if your idea of the perfect sweet 16 party is completely different from theirs.
3. Plan the specifics of your celebration. Book a hotel suite, spa treatments and food budget if you want a small spa-inspired sleepover for your best friends. A less expensive option is to have a sleepover at home and have an older sister, cousin, aunt or your mom and her friends give you and your friends makeovers and pedicures. Ask a friend or relative if you can borrow their house and pool for a pool party.
4. Put together activities or entertainment for your guests, such as a DJ, burning a CD, organizing a scavenger hunt or movies. Plan out decorations and decide whether you will buy them or make them yourself. Determine what food or refreshments you'll serve your guests, and if you'll prepare it at home or have it catered. Assemble favor bags with treats for your friends that complement your party theme, such as nail polish or makeup for a spa party, key chains for a car or driving themed party or candy for a "sweet" party.
5. Send or pass out invitations to everyone you'd like to attend your 16th birthday party. Play up your age with the invitations by making the number 16 prominent on the invitation.

There are several reasons why you might find paint splatters on your car. If your house was painted or a neighbor painted his shed while your car was in the driveway, then you might wake to find paint splatters decorating the hood. With a little hard work and effort, you can easily remove paint splatters.
Instructions
1. Isolate the spot where the paint splatters are by covering the area with packing tape. The products you use can damage the clear overcoat paint used on your vehicle, but this will reduce the chances of that happening. As long as you're careful, you shouldn't do any damage to the auto.
2. Place rubbing alcohol on all paint splatters and rub the alcohol with a clean cotton towel or cloth. The harder you rub, the more paint should come off your car. You can also try scratching at the surface of the paint with your fingernail, once it's lubricated by the alcohol.
3. Remove more paint splatters by applying Goo Gone. Goo Gone has an adhesive property that removes paint without leaving behind any stickiness or residue. It also has a clean, fresh scent and is easy to clean off. Apply the Goo Gone to the paint splatter, let it sit for a moment and then wipe it off.
4. Use a clay bar to remove any paint splatters left behind, if you have any. Clay bars are available from most dealerships, but you can also find one from some auto parts stores. The clay bar is covered in an extremely sticky substance that peels the paint splatters right off the car.
5. Clean off the car using soap and water to remove any traces of the products used to remove the paint splatters. Let the car air dry, or gently buff the car clean with a dry cloth. Once the car dries completely, apply a coating of wax to the surface to protect the work you just did.
Saltpeter, otherwise known as potassium nitrate, is a common ingredient of most fertilizers, propellants and gun powder. This compound was also used heavily by military doctors to treat a variety of conditions such as asthma. Saltpeter is named as such because it was referred to as "Salt of Petra" in medieval times. Saltpeter can also be used to make homemade smoke bombs, for making a smokescreen if playing games such as paintball. Making a smoke bomb from scratch is much more cost effective than buying them from the store.
Instructions
1. Mix 1- 3/4 cup saltpeter with 1/2 cup of sugar. Pour the mixture into a skillet.
2. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove the skillet once the mixture liquifies and turns a caramel color.
3. Shape a piece of aluminum foil into a boat or canoe shape. The bottom of the aluminum foil boat should be as wide as a common candlestick. Pour the liquid into the aluminum foil boat.
4. Set a firecracker fuse into the liquid and ensure that it protrudes at least one inch. Allow the solution to dry for a few hours or until hard.
5. Roll the aluminum foil over the hardened smoke bomb. Poke a few holes into the foil using a fork.
6. Light your smoke bomb and run away when you need the concealment of a smokescreen.
Virtually all computers rely on memory to perform all their functions. There are several types of memory, but RAM is one major one that, if not completely understood, could hamper your day-to-day operations in your computer. Without RAM, you won't get very far from the moment you turn on your PC! So if RAM is this powerful, what is it and how does it work?
What Is RAM?
RAM stands for Random Access Memory. Most RAM that is installed on computers can only function when the computer is powered. RAM is needed for your computer whenever you decide to perform an operation. Let's say that you want to do some word processing on your computer. All the letters that you type are going into a temporary file that is stored in the RAM. If your computer shut down in the middle of your document creation and you powered it back up, most likely your information would be lost. Why? Because it was stored in RAM. Had you saved the document it would have been stored onto another type of memory called ROM, or Read-Only Memory.
RAM and Computer Slowdown
The more RAM your computer has, the more programs or functions you can run at once. If you've ever tried to start up two or three programs and the last one seems to be operating at a snail's pace, your RAM may be reaching its limits of use. You should really check a program's minimum requirements for RAM before purchasing. Make sure you have more than enough to cover it or else you'll find yourself taking it back to the store or purchasing more RAM.
Computer slowdowns can also happen, because RAM is also used even if you aren't actively running a program. Some background programs like operating system updates will use RAM. Most operating systems can be checked to see what is running in the background if you want to shut down those behind-the-scenes programs. For Microsoft Vista, you can access the list of background programs by pressing Control, Alt, and Delete on your computer at the same time and selecting the "task manager" function. From there you would select either the Applications or the Processes tab to view which functions are currently operating.
Types of RAM
RAM isn't necessarily limited to what is in your computer when you buy it. Removable RAM like thumb drives and flash drives are more and more popular because of their versatility. Thumb drives often can contain more actual megabytes of memory than standard home computers, all within a one-inch stick! Regardless of your needs, make sure you have enough RAM and the right type, so you don't find yourself out of space to do your work.

In the 1960s, Jack Cover was part of a large team of aerospace scientists working on the Apollo moon-landing project for NASA. By chance he read a newspaper story about a man who touched a fallen electrical power line and had been temporarily paralyzed but not killed. This incident became Cover's inspiration for a nonlethal weapon that would fire short, intense bursts of electricity.
The Invention
Cover's idea came at a moment when law enforcement officials in the United States were looking for a weapon that would immobilize a suspect without causing serious injury or death. As a child, one of Cover's favorite stories had been "Tom Swift and His Electric Rifle," about an ingenious boy who invented a rifle that shot bolts of electricity. As a tribute to the story, Cover planned to name his invention the TSER. It was an awkward name, so he added an "a"; ever since, Cover's stun gun has been known as the Taser.
The Prototype
Cover's first stun gun looked like a flashlight. It used a gunpowder charge to shoot darts attached to an insulated wire that delivered a shock of 50,000 volts, enough to incapacitate a suspect. The gunpowder charge convinced most police departments that the taser was just another type of pistol, and just as dangerous. Cover found almost no market for his stun gun until 1993 when he developed a model that used compressed air as its firing mechanism.
The Market
Now that the taser was no longer viewed as a gun, it found a large market among police officers, prison guards and military personnel in 45 countries, as well as among millions of ordinary civilians who carried stun guns for personal protection. Typically the civilian models are camouflaged to resemble an umbrella, a flashlight or even a cellphone.
Controversy
While police and correctional officers insist that the stun gun is a useful tool that enables them to subdue violent individuals safely, some civil rights organizations insist that the taser is dangerous. Amnesty International reports that since 2001, tasers have been responsible for the deaths of 334 individuals. Civil rights advocates demand that the stun gun should be classified as a lethal weapon and its sales restricted to the police and the military.
The Inventor's Response
Jack Cover always believed his invention gave the police a safe method of subduing an attacker without resorting to deadly force. Speaking to The New York Times after her husband's death in February 2009, Ginny Cover recalled, "He used to say that he saved 100,000 lives."

Arizona state learning and quiz games help children in the area learn about their state.
The Arizona State Learning Games for Kids website offers young people in Arizona the chance to learn about their state for free. The website hosts over 10 interactive web games that challenge children with knowledge questions and activities based on natural features and sites found in the state. For example; the website notes that, "kids can play games to learn that the Camellia is the state flower and the Southern Longleaf Pine is the state tree."
Arizona State Symbols Games
This multiple choice quiz game challenges students to answer basic knowledge questions about the state. Along the way, students are quizzed about the state motto, state bird, state flower and other related material. Each question stays on the screen until the correct answer is selected, so students can go through one guess, then return to play again once they've learned the correct answers. Sound effects enhance the students' experience and indicate when an answer is correct or incorrect.
Arizona State Memory Match
This card flip game is a memory challenge that incorporates Arizona information like the state capital and state bird. Twelve individual cards contain either a phrase ("Arizona state nickname") or the answer ("The Grand Canyon State"). The child must successfully flip over the matching pairs together on the same turn. The game challenges students to both learn the material and memorize the placement of the cards. A timer and point system keep track of the child's progress during the game.
Fun With Arizona Vocabulary
This letter fall style game allows children to spell out words related to Arizona trivia while controlling a cartoon mouse. After being told a phrase about Arizona, children must spell out a mystery word in the proper order using falling drops of water with letters. Using the directional key pad, players must direct the mouse to catch the proper letters in a bucket before they hit the ground. The game offers 10 levels increasing in difficulty.
Arizona Jigsaw
This puzzle-style game challenges children to reshuffle a picture of the Arizona state flag. Students rearrange the pieces until they arrive at the appropriate depiction of the flag. Children are puzzled for hours with this one, as its one of the more difficult platforms available on the Arizona learning website. In addition, the game offers virtually no clues for assistance and requires previous knowledge of the flag's appearance. This one should be considered ideal for older elementary students with acute spatial knowledge.

Introduced in 1938, the Daisy Red Ryder is a lever-action air-powered BB rifle that has remained a viable commodity for generations. Some consider owning the rifle a rite of passage, and others believe that it's common sense to teach children to use and respect guns and that the Red Ryder is a suitable tool for the purpose. Regardless of the rationale for owning a BB gun, there are a number of considerations and requirements for owning one, and learning safely load the Red Ryder is the first step.
Instructions
1. Engage the trigger safety switch by pushing it from left to right until it is fully set and none of the red part of the switch is showing. This is, in fact, a good habit to get into as the safety should be on not only while loading the gun but at all times before and after firing.
2. Raise the barrel of the rifle and rotate it slightly to the right. Find the loading door near the end of the barrel and use your left thumb to push it in and up until it opens fully. Now you may slowly pour the BBs in while cupping your left hand under the barrel to catch any that might escape. Close the ammo door.
3. Cock the Red Ryder by raising the barrel to a 45-degree angle and pulling the cocking lever outward until it clicks seven times and stops. It is important to hold the rifle with the sight pointing straight up as the BBs won't load into the chamber properly if it's turned on its side. At this point the gun should be loaded and must be treated as such.
4. Close the cocking lever, disengage the safety, and your Red Ryder is now ready to fire. To reload the rifle, raise the barrel to a 45-degree angle again, repeat the cocking action, and the gravity feed system should deliver another BB to the chamber.

1. Remove the 1/16-inch hex head Allen screw from the marker's fore grip, which is located in the trigger guard area. The screw connects the fore grip to the marker body.
2. Slide the marker's fore grip gently downward, and remove the fore grip from the marker.
3. Remove the side panel from the fore grip, exposing the battery and lower board which is inside the fore grip. Disconnect the battery and remove it from the compartment.
4. Remove the flat head Phillips screw from the back of the fore grip which holds the board in place, and then slide the board upward, toward the top of the fore grip. The board rests in a couple small grooves so that it doesn't move around when installed in the marker. Slide the board completely out of the fore grip.
5. Once the board is free from the marker, install the new, upgraded board by repeating the steps in reverse order. The new board slides easily into the fore grip, and the parts re-assemble smoothly.
Several sports have used the name "speedball." The most common is a soccer/football hybrid played in American PE classes. But gaining popularity as speedball is a fast-paced variation of paintball. The rules for the paintball version vary by league and competition, while the rules of the soccer/football-type speedball are largely uniform.
Objective
Players may not use their hands when the ball is on the ground.
In the most common version of speedball, the goal is to score points by kicking or throwing a soccer ball or kickball into a goal or end zone. The game uses both an American-football-type end zone and a soccer goal, cones or imaginary lines beneath the uprights at each end of a football field. Score more points than the other team in the time limit to win.
Setup
Each of four quarters lasts 12 minutes or less. Each team fields 11 players at a time. A soccer-style kickoff starts the game. After each score, the scored-on team kicks off.
Ground Ball
When the ball is rolling, standing or bouncing, it is a "ground ball." Any part of the body other than the hands and arms may be used to move a ground ball down the field. Typically, players kick the ball ahead or dribble with their feet soccer-style. You also may kick the ball into the air to be caught by yourself or a teammate. That makes it an "aerial ball."
Aerial Ball
An aerial ball is in a player's hands. A player must kick the ball into the aerial position or lift it with a body part other than a hand or arm and may not bounce it to the hands. You may throw an aerial ball to a teammate, keeping it an aerial ball, or convert it into a ground ball by drop-kicking it. A thrown aerial ball becomes a ground ball if a player knocks it down or drops it.
Scoring
You can score four ways in speedball. When a player catches a thrown aerial ball in the end zone, he scores a touchdown, worth 1 point. When a player kicks a ground ball into the goal, she scores a field goal, worth 2 points. (A goalkeeper who scores a field goal from the other end of the field typically earns double credit, or 4 points.) If a player converts a soccer-style penalty kick into a goal, he gets 1 point. If a player drop-kicks an aerial ball through the uprights, as in American football, she earns 3 points.
Penalties
If you knock an aerial ball out of bounds, the opposing team throws it in. If you knock a ground ball out of bounds, the opposing team kicks it in. A penalty kick results from a personal foul inside the penalty area, as in soccer. Only the goalkeeper stands between the penalty kicker and the goal. Fouls include tripping, stalling, bad sportsmanship and using hands on a ground ball.
Camouflaging your gun can be an added way to keep yourself hidden in the background when hunting or playing paintball, or to dress up a fake gun for use as a prop. An efficient way to camo spray paint a gun is to use the natural elements of your surroundings as your pattern so that your weapon blends in as best as possible. While spray painting your gun will take a day when you include the drying times for your paints, you should end up with a realistic camouflage appearance.
Instructions
1. Place a sheet of plywood or spread out a tarp outdoors or in a well-ventilated area for painting. Remove or tape over any portions of your gun that you want to keep unpainted.
2. Lay your gun out on the tarp or plywood and spray with an even coat of primer on both sides. Allow the primer to dry for 30 minutes. Apply an even coat of your lightest color over the gun on both sides and allow it to dry for 30 minutes.
3. Collect a variety of leaves from outside including oak leaves, ferns, pine needles, and anything else that appears naturally in the region you will be using the weapon.
4. Place a few leaves over the gun, leaving some spacing between each leaf. Spray over the gun and leaves with the light green paint. Flip the gun over and repeat on the other side with new leaves and the same light green paint. Let the paint dry for 30 minutes.
5. Repeat placing various leaves in random patterns over the gun and spraying each side in sequence using the dark brown, then dark green, and finally black. Be sure to allow 30 minutes between each application for the paint to dry.
6. Allow the paint to dry thoroughly on the finished gun for two to three hours before removing the masking tape or replacing any portions of the gun you removed in step one.

Teenage boys can enjoy birthday parties, but generally prefer something more low-key than the parties they had when they were younger. The best parties for teenage boys have little parental involvement and offer the boys the chance to spend time together doing things they enjoy. Since each boy's interests are different, coming up with the perfect party plan should involve the teen. Does this Spark an idea?
Paintball or Laser Tag Party
Pay for the boys to participate in a paintball or laser tag party. You can provide transportation to the business location or have everyone meet there. Then allow the boys to play for a session or two. After they have played take them home and offer pizza along with ice cream and cake. The boys can hang out for a little while afterwards.
Video Game Party
Gather together all of your televisions into one or two rooms and invite the boys to bring additional game systems if you want to. Then set up several video games systems and allow the boys to play during the party. Be sure to provide lots of food and snacks. You can have the ice cream and cake at the end of the party.
Barbecue and Pool Party
This is a great co-ed party for teenage boys. Invite several of his friends over to swim and to eat. Provide music to be played in the background and let the kids talk and have fun hanging out. You can provide ice cream and cake towards the end of the party. This is a great daytime party and allows for easy parental supervision as you restock the food and drinks throughout the day. If you do not have a pool consider renting one or using a friend's.
Camp Out Party
Take a small group of boys camping. Provide food to cook over the campfire and let them explore the woods around them. Depending on the weather the boys can sleep in a tent or under the stars. You can make them breakfast and drive them home in the morning. It is a nice twist on a traditional slumber party.
Go to a Sporting Event
Take a small group of friends to a professional or college sporting event in the community. You can take the boys out to dinner as part of the evening and have the birthday boy sung to in the restaurant. A good party favor can be a T-shirt or sports memorabilia from the night. Buying the shirts at a local store rather than the stadium can save money.

The Tippmann A5 paintball gun is like any other paintball weapon in that sound escapes from the barrel when it is fired. You can build a silencer that will effectively muffle the sound coming out of the barrel when the Tippmann A5 paintball gun is fired. You will need a few household items and some supplies from a hardware store. You will also need a paintball barrel insert from a hobby shop that is the same diameter as the barrel of your Tippmann A5 paintball gun. The silencer you will make for your paintball gun will not void its warranty in any way, although it will slightly slow down the speed of the paintball being fired.
Instructions
1. Purchase a piece of PVC pipe that is the same diameter as the barrel of your Tippmann A5 paintball gun.
2. Spread a sheet of newspaper on a table. Lay the PVC pipe horizontally on the table. Measure five inches from one end of the PVC pipe and mark the measurement with a pencil.
3. Use a hacksaw to cut the PVC pipe at the five-inch mark. Sand both ends of the PVC pipe with rough sandpaper.
4. Drill a hole at one end of the PVC pipe. Measure ½-inch across the PVC pipe. Drill a hole at the ½-inch mark. Repeat this until you reach the other end of the PVC pipe. Repeat this entire procedure on all sides of the PVC pipe.
5. Apply bonding glue to the back end of the paintball barrel insert. Put the back end of the paintball barrel insert into one end of the five-inch long PVC pipe. Let the bonding glue set for one hour.
6. Measure and mark eight inches from one end of the remaining PVC pipe. Cut the PVC pipe at the eight-inch mark. Sand both ends of the PVC pipe with rough sandpaper.
7. Drill a hole at one end of the PVC pipe. Measure ½-inch across the PVC pipe. Drill a hole at the ½-inch mark. Repeat this until you reach the other end of the PVC pipe. Repeat this entire procedure on all sides of the PVC pipe.
8. Apply bonding glue around one end of the eight-inch long PVC pipe. Place the end of the eight-inch long PVC pipe that has the bonding glue on it into the free end of the five-inch PVC pipe. Let the bonding glue set for one hour.
9. Sand both ends of the 13-inch long PVC pipe with rough sandpaper. Drill a hole at one end of the PVC pipe. Measure ½-inch across the PVC pipe. Drill a hole at the ½-inch mark. Repeat this until you reach the other end of the PVC pipe. Repeat this entire procedure on all sides of the PVC pipe.
10. Stand the 13-inch long PVC pipe up on a soft cloth. Insert the PVC pipe--paintball barrel insert first--into the13-inch long PVC pipe. Line up the front of the paintball barrel insert with the bottom end of the 13-inch long PVC pipe.
11. Open the bag of pollyfill. Pour pollyfill into the open end of the 13-inch long PVC pipe. Fill up the PVC pipe with pollyfill.
12. Apply bonding glue liberally to the pollyfill at the open end of the 13-inch long PVC pipe to cement it to the sides of the pipe. Let the bonding glue set for two hours.
13. Place the Tippmann A5 paintball gun on the soft cloth with the barrel facing to the left. Remove the screws from the top, middle and front edge of the paintball gun with a Phillips screwdriver.
14. Remove the screws from the bottom back edge near the handle (in front of the trigger guard, at the bottom front edge) with a Phillips screwdriver.
15. Pull the frame off of the bottom of the Tippmann A5 paintball gun.
16. Apply bonding glue to the end of the barrel at the front of the Tippman A5 paintball gun. Place the end of the PVC pipe that is inside of the pollyfill-filled PVC pipe over the end of the barrel. Let the bonding glue set for two hours.
17.Wrap duct tape around the end of the barrel where it meets the PVC pipe.
18. Put the frame back onto the paintball gun. Reattach the screws. You are ready to use the silencer you have made for your Tippmann A5 paintball gun.

A child's 13th birthday party shouldn't require taking out a loan; there are fun options that are inexpensive.
Celebrate a child's 13th birthday by hosting an inexpensive birthday party. Having a 13th birthday party is an important aspect of celebrating this milestone and can be achieved even on a pared-down budget. The new teenager should be able to express herself through her birthday party, within reason and within budget. Does this Spark an idea?
Boy's 13th Birthday Activities
Invite a few of the birthday boy's closest friends to meet at your home or a nearby park. Let the boys play a game or two of their favorite sport together, such as basketball or football. Or set up a water-balloon war using colored water in the balloons (this can replace more-expensive paintball wars).
Take the birthday boy and a couple of his closest friends to watch your local minor-league sports team play---a much cheaper alternative than going to a major-league event.
Invite the other boys to a sleepover, where they can play video games or watch scary movies or comedies all night long.
Girl's 13th Birthday Activities
Ask a couple of friends to help you give each party attendee a makeover, complete with facials, makeup, hair styling, manicures and pedicures (or let the girls make over each other). Purchase a variety of new makeup, makeup applicators and nail polish at the dollar store in several different colors.
Gather old dressy clothes and high heels that you don't wear anymore, if available, and encourage the girls put on a fashion show.
Purchase men's plain-white T-shirts and fabric paint for the girls to create their own shirts or to autograph each other's shirts.
Coed 13th Birthday Activities
Purchase or write a murder mystery where each guest is given a specific role to play within the mystery. This allows the children to dress up and play different characters while using their brains to determine who the "killer" is.
Organize a neighborhood scavenger hunt where you separate the kids into teams (either coed teams or boys versus girls) and ask them to find specific items from your neighbors. Or ask a few neighbors to participate by issuing clues for the teams to figure out where to go next (much like the show "Amazing Race").
General 13th Birthday Party Ideas
Put the birthday child in charge of the guest list: This ensures her party will be comfortable and fun for her; anyone who would potentially make her uncomfortable won't be in attendance.
Make your own invitations by hand or print them from a computer. You can also text or email invitations: While this may not seem suitable for most social situations, it's widely accepted among teens as an acceptable way to communicate.
Teens like to eat. Stock up on bottled water or sodas and make inexpensive teen favorites such as pizza, hamburgers or hot dogs. Nachos, french fries, popcorn and large pretzels are also popular snacks.
Goodie bags can consist of dollar-store makeup or beauty items for girls, or candy for boys.
It is simple to create football uniforms to resemble these.
Football uniforms can be created with a custom look as long as it does not interfere with the rules and regulations of the league. Intramural football uniforms can normally be customized without any repercussions. Creating a custom football uniform is simple and inexpensive, with iron-on letters, numbers and patches costing as little at $5 per pack. Once the materials are obtained, ironing on the characters and patches is quick and simple.
Instructions
Choose the Proper Clothing
1. Purchase the necessary football clothing to customize from an athletic apparel store or online athletic retailer. Select a plain colored jersey that does not have any names, numbers or patches on it, so that it can be customized by the player. The jersey can be any color desired by the team. If the team is sponsored, customize the clothing provided by the sponsor.
2. Purchase football pants from an athletic apparel store or online athletic retailer. The pants can be the same color or a different color from the jersey. Purchase a plain set of pants, so that they can be customized by the player. Select pants that fit snugly to the legs, which may be of a thin nylon or polyester material.
3. Purchase a plain helmet and shoes to complete the football uniform. The helmet should match the color of the jersey. The shoes can be of any color, although black football cleats are normally the standard color.
Customize the Jersey and Pants
4. Purchase the necessary materials to customize the football jersey and pants, including iron-on letters, numbers and patches. These characters and patches can be purchased at any specialty craft store in different sizes, shapes and colors. Patches can be of the team's mascot, fraternity symbol or work affiliation.
5. Place the football jersey on the ironing board. Remove the wax paper from the adhesive part of the character or patch by pulling it off. Lay out the iron-on characters and patches evenly in the desired position on the jersey, using the ruler. For example, the last name and number of the player can be evenly positioned on the back of the uniform, while the patch can be placed on the right or left sleeve.
6. Turn on the iron to the acrylic setting, which is a low heat setting that will not burn the characters or patches. Press the iron down onto each individual character and patch in five-second increments until the adhesive portion glues to the jersey. If the letters, numbers or patches cannot be pulled off from the jersey, they are secured properly. Allow the jersey to cool completely before wearing it.
7. Place the football pants on the ironing board. Lay any patches, letters or numbers on the sides of the football pants, spacing out the characters with a ruler. For example, "Cougars" may be laid vertically down on one of the pant legs. Iron on the patches or characters in the same fashion as done in Step 3.
Customize the Helmet
8. Purchase decals to be placed onto the helmet from a craft store. These decals should relate to the game of football or the team. For example, purchase decals of footballs, turf or a symbol of the team's name.
9. Open the top of a plastic spray bottle and add one ounce of liquid dish soap. Fill the spray bottle with water halfway and close the top tightly. Shake the bottle for thirty seconds to mix the dish soap and water together.
10. Peel the decal from the wax paper to expose the adhesive side. Spray a small amount of soapy water onto the adhesive side of the decal.
11. Place the decal on the helmet in any desired location. The decals can be placed across the side or top of the helmet, as well as on the back side of the helmet. The soapy water on the adhesive side will allow you to move the decal around on the helmet so that the decal does not stick to the helmet upon first touch.
12. Squeeze out all of the air bubbles and most of the water using your thumb. Allow the decal to dry onto the helmet overnight in a low humidity setting.
How Long Does a CO2 Cartridge Last for Serving a Keg?
Carbon dioxide is integral for those people home brewing with a keg. Home brew kegs (also called "cornelius kegs") are smaller than most commercial kegs, so the carbon dioxide in most CO2 tanks last longer than it would for larger quarter-barrel to full-barrel kegs. CO2 cartridges, however, are a good alternative to tanks, as they take up less room and do not need the more elaborate tube set up required for tanks. Add this to my Recipe Box.
CO2 Cartridges
CO2 cartridges stand in the place of a CO2 tank (or cylinder), which adds carbonation to a beer keg. Most home brewers use 5-gallon kegs, attached to which are anywhere from 3.5 to 20 lb CO2 tanks. CO2 cartridges hook into a portable CO2 charger, which is less cumbersome to use when dispensing beer from a keg outside of the house, and thus is often used for serving at picnics, parties or anywhere the keg must be carried.
Sizes of CO2 Cartridges
CO2 cartridges range in size from 12g to 68g, and the length of their life depends both on how much they hold and how much carbon dioxide needs to be pumped into the beer. In general, old versions of CO2 chargers take 12g cartridges, while newer chargers handle 16g cartridges. Be sure that you buy the correct size for your charger.
Temperature and CO2
The other important factor in the life of your cartridge is temperature. Particularly when using a portable cartridge, temperature is something that will affect the pressure of the CO2 cartridge and tank. The pressure increases when exposed to heat, and decreases when cool. At an average of 72 degrees F, the pressure should read 750 PSIG.
Rules of Thumb for CO2
In general, it takes about ½ lb of CO2 to dispense a quarter barrel of draft beer. Since most home brewers use 5-gallon kegs, however, these numbers are somewhat meaningless. For an average 5 lb CO2 tank and a 5-gallon keg, that means the tank will pump 31 to 44 kegs of beer. On a smaller scale, for portable cartridges, one 16g cartridge will empty about a third of a cornelius keg. A larger 68g cartridge will push through anywhere between one to four kegs.
CO2 Cartridge Warnings
Beware when attaching the charger to the keg. Always attach the ball and pin lock valve first to the keg, then to the charger. If you attach the ball and pin lock valve to the charger first, it will fail by becoming over-pressurized.
The realism of airsoft guns attracts war gamers as well as the attention of lawmakers.
Developed in Japan to satisfy public demand for guns and sports shooting despite strict government control, airsoft guns look real but fire plastic pellets. Makers model them closely on real pistols, rifles and machine guns, using wood and metal on higher-priced items. Many are fully automatic. This makes them attractive to American shooters, who enjoy owning and shooting airsoft versions of submachine guns and assault rifles they can't easily purchase otherwise, in often elaborate combat-type games. It also makes them a concern for some Virginia and federal lawmakers, who worry they are too realistic.
Federal Law
U.S. regulations controlling importation and transportation of airsoft guns across state lines require permanently affixed blaze-orange tips, with an exception for theater and movie productions. No permit is required to buy or carry.
Virginia Regulation
Virginia does not require a permit to buy or carry airsoft guns either. If they are misused, however, state law considers airsoft guns the same as firearms. Using an airsoft gun in a robbery or other crime is a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by a year in jail and a $2,500 fine--the same as with a real gun. Criminal use of a gun, including airsoft, on or within 1,000 feet of a school is a Class 6 felony; the penalty may range from one to five years in prison. State law also specifically absolves police officers of civil liability if they shoot in defense of self or others--even if the suspect's gun is airsoft. As of 2010, lawmakers are also considering additional regulations, such as adding airsoft guns to weapons prohibited for concealed carry and banning airsoft guns from all school property.
Municipal Code
Virginia state law allows local towns, cities and counties to ban airsoft use in residential areas, require adult supervision and enact other safety regulations. Shooting ranges, galleries and private property are exempt. Alexandria, Fredericksburg and other populous communities ban airsoft shooting within city limits. Alexandria also bans sale of air guns to buyers under 18. Check local law for regulations of where to shoot and what ages may do so.
Local Rules
Airsoft use is allowed and unregulated on private property with permission, but organized groups offer more competition in well-equipped facilities and outdoor acreage. Shooters form teams for competition in woods and swamps as well as simulated city battlefields and "kill houses." However, each location has its own regulations. Blue Ridge Air Soft Specialists of Lynchburg requires safety glasses as well as face masks for close quarter combat matches. Blackstone Airsoft near Richmond also requires shooters to handle their airsoft guns as they would firearms, such as keeping them unloaded until ready to shoot and no shooting outside marked areas. Bethel Airsoft in Hampton limits shooting to semiautomatic only inside buildings.
If you have a gun to sell, antique, modern, handgun or rifle, you will need to be familiar with your state and local laws to sell and transfer ownership of a firearm. Some states have very strict registration requirements, other states require next to nothing for a sell between private parties. here are the steps in selling your gun. It is easiest to sell in state. If you sell across state lines you will need to work with a licensed dealer in the state the new owner will be in and abide by those laws.
Instructions
1. Check into selling the gun to a licensed dealer in your state. Local sporting goods stores and pawn brokers often are licensed to deal in firearms. You can sell to them directly or let them sell for you on consignment. They will take care of any required background check or waiting period necessary. Licensed dealers can also let you know local requirements for selling the gun yourself.
2. Contact local law enforcement. If the gun is registered to you, you may need to fill out a form and transfer registration to the new owner. This may require a fee, but will insure if the gun is used in a crime, or later stolen, that the gun is not still registered in your name and place you in the position of being a crime suspect.
3. Check out local gun shows. You may be able to rent a table and sell at a show if you have enough guns to make it worth doing, or sell to a dealer or through a dealer at the show. Show dealers are usually very knowledgeable and familiar with current prices. Gun shows also attract many buyers. You may get a higher price than you would selling in such a crowd.
4. Get the name and a copy of the drivers license of the party you sell to at a minimum. Make sure you have a buyer that is of age. I personally sell through licensed gun dealers for any handguns so a background check gets done for my own peace of mind. Hunting rifles I will often sell directly through a classified ad, but I will get the information of the person I sold it to and store that in my safe. I also will not sell to anyone I don't feel personally comfortable with.
5. If selling through a classified ad list your cell phone number, but never your address. You don't want to be a target for theft. Use a cell phone number instead of your home phone so you are not searched as easily in a reverse phone directory for you address. I recommend meeting a potential buyer at a local gun club or shooting range. This will never be a problem for a legitimate buyer. If someone is looking for an address with guns to steal they will not show up.
Heat rash is common in hot, humid weather and is developed when the body overheats and sweat is trapped near the skin. It is nicknamed "prickly heat" because the skin feels prickly and small red dots may appear on the skin. It can be treated at home with items from your kitchen cupboard or over-the-counter medications.
Instructions
Treat Heat Rash in Adults
1. Get out of the heat and into shade or air conditioning.
2. Dry the affected area by letting the air get to it.
3. Cleanse the affected area with a mild, non-deodorant soap or cleanser, such as Cetaphil.
4. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly with a cotton towel. Be careful not to rub or irritate the skin.
5. Relieve itching by applying Calamine lotion, hydrocortisone (1 percent) cream (not ointment) or an over-the-counter lotion containing dimethicone, such as Moisturel or Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion. Follow directions on the product and reapply as needed for 2 to 3 days.
6. Take a soothing baking soda or oatmeal bath to relieve itching. Dissolve 3 tbsp. of baking soda in bath water, or grind 1 cup of dry oatmeal in a blender and add to bath water. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Learn more about natural treatments for heat rash at MotherNature.com (see Resources below).
7. Try an over-the-counter antihistamine such as Benadryl to relieve itching in adults.
8. Wear loose clothing made of natural fibers, such as cotton, or polypropylene, which is designed to promote wicking of sweat away from the skin. Wash clothes in mild detergent.
9. Stay out of the heat as much as possible for a few days until rash clears up.
10. Consult a physician if rash worsens, becomes infected or if you develop a fever.

The groom and his male friends can connect at the party.
The bachelor party is a time-honored tradition, one last fling before marriage. These days, options available to Indianapolis-area grooms and their guy friends go beyond the traditional trip to a strip-tease show, although plenty of options are available for that. Guys also can choose a cigar bar, a paintball trek or a sports night out. Does this Spark an idea?
Cigar Bars
Some men may choose to celebrate with a cigar.
An upscale bachelor party might revolve around fine cigars accompanied by fine food and drinks. The Bu Da Lounge in Indianapolis' Wholesale District, for example, has a 12-foot-tall humidor stocked with mild to pungent cigars and a menu that receives rave reviews. The Indy Cigar Bar has almost 500 cigar varieties and 33 types of bourbon; it's on East 86th Street. Nicky Blaines on Meridian Street downtown has a rotating cigar menu, classic, modern and dessert martinis and a Rat Pack atmosphere.
Sports Night
A sports night may be a bachelor party.
Baseball, football, hockey -- all are possibilities, depending on the time of year. The celebrants can book a block of seats during an Indianapolis Colts football game at Lucas Oil Stadium, or head to Conseco Fieldhouse for some National Basketball Association action with the Indiana Pacers. Another option is to head to Victory Field for some Indianapolis Indians baseball, or take in some hockey with the U.S. Hockey League's Indiana Ice.
Gentlemen's Club
Some bachelors choose a gentlemen's club.
If the best man wants to arrange a traditional bachelor party at a gentlemen's club, Indianapolis has options for show dance and strip-tease. Downtown is the Red Garter, which includes a cigar bar. Other clubs include Club Rio, PT's, Brad's Gold, Brad's Brass Flamingo, Silk N Lace, Wild Cherry, Babe's Showgirls (two locations), Lenny's Gentlemen's Club and Patty's. All clubs are for people 21 year old and older.
Paintball Party

Many 21st birthday parties involve bar-hopping, but they don't have to.
Turning 21 is a significant milestone, and you want to make it as memorable and momentous as possible. There are many ways to celebrate your special day. Personal tastes vary, but most include activities that were previously age-restricted. The bottom line is to fill the day by doing things that you and your friends enjoy. Does this Spark an idea?
Bowling
Bowling is a great, stress-free way to begin an evening. Everyone gets to mingle and be active at the same time. Plus, it's a universally liked activity that you don't necessarily have to be good at to enjoy.
Wine Tasting
If you wish to participate in an age-restricted activity but are not a big fan of debauchery, a wine tasting is a classy, fun way to celebrate. In addition to the wine, most tastings also feature a wide variety of gourmet food for all to enjoy. If you don't live near a winery of vineyard, consider hosting (or having your friends host) a tasting at your house.
Mellow Dinner
If you don't want to make a big deal out of your birthday, but still want some semblance of commemoration, a mellow dinner is a good option. Surround yourself with a small group of your loved ones, and celebrate your milestone.
Liquor Store
Few things are more fun for someone who has just turned 21 than to walk into a liquor store with impunity. Even if you aren't interested in drinking, the experience can still be fun. Simply purchase a bottle of wine for a family member or friend (who is over 21, of course).
Cookout
Backyard barbecues are a fun way to gather your friends and family to celebrate. They are also significantly easier on the wallet than going out. Being that it's your special night, you should control the menu, the music and the activities.
Limousine
Renting a limo isn't cheap, but you're only going to have one 21st birthday. Have your friends all contribute to ease the financial burden. When you go out, you should go out in style. Plus, you won't have to worry about you or anyone in your entourage driving if alcohol is involved.
Paintball
This is a fun, ice-breaking activity that can be done earlier in the day. This is especially helpful if there are people from different social circles in your entourage who don't know each other.
Brewery
Go to a local brewery that offers tours and tastings. This can be a bit more cost effective than a winery, but with the same benefits.
Day Off
No matter how you celebrate, be sure that you take the day off if possible. Having to schedule the events of your day around a shift at work can be cumbersome and may limit your options.
Bar Scene
Going to a bar is a great way to celebrate your day for several reasons. For starters, you get the rush of being carded and not having to worry. Plus, being the momentous day that it is, you have an instant conversation starter in a very social setting. Then there is also the chance that the bartender, upon seeing your identification, may give you a drink or two on the house.

Combat Arms" is an online first-person shoot'em up that lets up to 15 players fight against each other at any one time. The game features many different kinds of weaponry including sniper rifles. While offering excellent opportunities for killing enemy from a distance, to become a pro, you must learn techniques that will ensure your survival out in the field.
Instructions
1. Take cover behind walls or long grass wherever possible to make it difficult for your enemies to spot you.
2. Keep moving when possible to ensure that enemies don't lock in on your position.
3. Carry a pistol in case of a sudden close confrontation with an enemy; the sniper rifle is not good for close combat.
4. Add a silencer to your sniper rifle to remove the sound of your gun giving your position away to any enemies in the area.
5. Take time to aim and go for a headshot; giving your opponent a second to spot you after a first, unsuccessful shot could give your position away.
6. Move from left to right when engaged with another sniper to make it more difficult for them to hit you.
7. Keep looking around wherever you are going; you may spot an enemy that you can take out quickly and by surprise.

Glue residue is stubborn to remove from many surfaces, but the painted surface of your car is a delicate matter. Many methods of removing glue residue damage the car's paint. Whether your car has a clear coat on top or a single-stage paint job with the color and clear mixed, some glue residue removal options will damage them both. The paint-safe method is straightforward and very safe for your car's paint, though it does require elbow grease.
Instructions
1. Wash the glue residue with car soap and warm water. Work a sponge over the area in small circles to loosen the glue. Remove most of the residue in this step. Rinse the area and let it dry completely.
2. Wet a small area of the microfiber towel with automotive adhesive remover. Apply the remover to the glue residue and work it in small, circular motions to get it off the car. Apply more remover as needed until the residue is gone.
3. Apply a small amount of car polish to a clean microfiber towel. Work the polish over the area where the residue previously sat. The polish is slightly abrasive and removes the small film of leftover glue residue. Use a dry side of the towel to buff the area by hand.

Proper care of your paintball gun is important because a poorly maintained gun, also known as a marker, will cause you to suffer on the course. If you have a leaky O-ring on your gun, it might not be pumping enough CO2 to properly launch your paint pellets, resulting in shots that fall far short of their desired goal. Replacing your O-ring, and lubricating the new ring, is essential in maintaining your gun.
Instructions
1. Disassemble your paintball gun, as per your particular marker's instructions. A full field-stripping is the only way to ensure that all of your O-rings are functioning properly. Most guns will require a set of Allen keys for this step.
2. Check all of the O-rings of your gun for signs of a break. A ring that has split or lost its shape and is not wrapping straight around the part of the gun it is attached to should be replaced. Common areas for broken rings are the bolt and on your CO2 tanks.
3. Remove the old, broken O-ring using the tweezers, being careful not to damage the gun itself with the tweezers.
4. Place the new O-ring over the lip of the part carefully.
5. Roll the new O-ring into place carefully to avoid breaking it.
6. Apply a dot of lubricant to your finger tip and rub around the entire O-ring. Coat the full circumference of the ring, as the oil will help ensure a tight seal upon reassembly.
