Some creatures have natural abilities to blend in. Humans need a ghillie suit.
Used to camouflage people for stealth in the wilderness, ghillie suits are fashioned to look like leaves and outdoor debris. For temporary use, using leaves and grass on a homemade ghillie suit is acceptable; however, for a permanent touch you can create a ghillie suit throw. A ghillie suit throw serves as both a ghillie suit for hunting as well as a warm cover-up while camping. Making a ghillie suit throw provides you with a crafty endeavor that is also a cost-friendly alternative to buying commercial ghillie suits and throws.
Instructions
1. Lay out one of the fleece material squares. Straighten it so that there are no wrinkles or creases in it.
2. Squeeze a thick line of fabric glue along all of the edges of the fabric square.
3. Layer the second fleece square over the first one, pressing the edges together. Let the adhered sheets dry for about 10 minutes.
4. Cut a circle measuring about 12 inches in diameter from the center of the layered fleece sheets. Cut through both layers.
5. Squeeze a line of glue around the circumference of the circle on the inner side. Do this on one side of the blanket only.
6. Insert the square of transparent bug netting into the circle, pressing its edges around the glued circle shape. Make sure this is done on the underside of one of the blanket's layers. This closes one of the circle cut-outs, covering it with the mesh material.
7. Flip the blanket over and glue all of the strips of fabric to its surface. The strips should measure about 2 inches thick by 5 inches long and be a variety of colors to simulate foliage. Forest green, earth brown, and shades of gray and black can create this effect.
Glue the strips starting at one end of the blanket, and create several rows of them, side-by-side. Use all 200 strips of material, layering some of them if necessary. This creates a wild, fringed look.
There are as many paintball games as there are people who come up with ideas for them. Many games persist in popularity, however, because of their level of fun, ease of set up and widely understood rules. These games can be found being played on any number of paintball fields all around the world. However, adding a little variety to the usual "capture the flag" game can spark renewed excitement in a paintball group.
Alamo or Omaha Beach
No matter what you call it, this scenario involves a very small force, usually no more than five players, holding a heavily fortified position, usually at the top of a hill. The goal is to defend this position for a set period of time or until the assaulting team is eliminated. The assaulting team is to assault the position from a largely uncovered assault, but should outnumber the defending team significantly.
Tug of War
Though this game actually involves no traditional tug of war, the idea is much the same. A large barrel or tote box heavy enough so it is not easily carried by one person is placed mid-field. The objective is for each team to get the barrel back to their end of the field. However, if they are tagged, they must immediately put the load down and go "respawn" at their end of the field, which should involve a short 30 second time out. This leads to an intense back and forth for both teams, hence the name.
Escort
One player is deemed the person to be escorted. He is given a detail of bodyguards, usually a small crew and they are to be fairly heavily armed. A larger force of attackers, usually more lightly armed, is given a few minutes to set up on the field and then the player being escorted must start from one end and make it to the other without being tagged. If the attacking team tags him, they win the game.

Author and illustrator Dav Pilkey chronicles the adventures of Captain Underpants in a series of Scholastic children's books, the first of which featured two fourth graders turning their principal Benny Krupp into their homemade comic book hero. Online Captain Underpants games put players in the undies of the superhero, who battles villains such as the Bionic Booger Boy and Wedgie Woman.
Booger Games
Captain Underpants dodges boogers and shoots booger villains in "Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy," accessible at Dav Pilkey's website. When players shoot booger villains, boogers drop down toward Captain Underpants. Golden coins give players extra lives, firepower and points. With the school bombarded with boogers, players help Mr. Krupp become Captain Underpants and trounce enemies in "Captain Underpants and the Robo-Booger Roundup," found at Scholastic. In this Pac-Man-style game, players move Krupp around the hallways of Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. Upon collecting enough pellets, players press the spacebar to turn Krupp into Captain Underpants; this gives Underpants invincibility for a brief time.
Comic-Making Games
Players create a multi-panel comic in "Comic Generator," found at Scholastic. After choosing a layout, players drag background settings, characters and thought bubbles to frames. They may resize and rotate characters, as well as change the direction they face. In "Make Your Own Captain Underpants Comic," players create a comic book containing four pages. Players choose backgrounds, props, characters and character dialogue. After completing the four pages, players select a title.
Head-To-Head Battle Games
Captain Underpants and the evil Wedgie Woman let robots do the fighting in "Romping Robot Power Punchout," accessible at Scholastic. Players choose to control either Robo-George or The Harold 2000 and use the arrow keys to move. Battle moves include a jab punch, roadhouse punch, spring-load punch, flying kick and a windmill punch. The battle lasts three rounds. Two players battle as Captain Underpants and his evil counterpart from another dimension in "Underpants vs. Blunderpants." After choosing a character, players fly and catch as many falling prizes as possible before their opponent does. Alternately, players may choose the single-player option and battle the computer.
Time-Crunch Games
Players flip cards to make all character matches in "The Captain Underpants Matchinator 4000," found at Dav Pilkey's website. Starting with 50 guesses, players try to find all matches before time runs out. Players try to reach the end of a maze before time runs out in "Captain Underpants' Mischievous MazeMaster 2001," found at Scholastic. Once players reach the end of the maze, they advance to the next level. Also at Scholastic, players visit the firing range and try to shoot characters with underpants in "Wedgie Power." In this game, players try to score as many points as possible before time runs out.
Miscellaneous Games
Captain Underpants tries to rescue kids and fly them to the treehouse in "Captain Underpants Rescue Raider 4000," accessible at Dav Pilkey's site. Players fly and shoot the required number of enemies to advance in the game. Players solve mystery word puzzles to keep Captain Underpants from turning back into Mr. Krupp in "The Captain Underpants Splashernator 2000." Each wrong letter brings Underpants closer to having Professor Poopypants dump water on him. Once water hits Underpants, he becomes Krupp and the game ends.

Airsoft guns, being made of plastic, are inherently noisy. This is especially true of an airsoft gun that uses a spring because the noise of firing the projectile resonates through the barrel. Some of this noise can be mitigated with a silencer. All you need to make one yourself are a few tools and supplies that are easily obtained from a hardware store. Adult supervision is advised if the person making the airsoft gun silencer is a child, as cutting edges will be used.
Instructions
1. Aim the nozzle of the black paint spray can into a trash bag. Press down on the nozzle. Empty the paint from the black paint spray can into the trash bag.
2. Put the newspaper down on a work table. Put the 1-foot end of the styrofoam block down on the newspaper. Push the bottom of the black paint spray can a few inches into the styrofoam block.
3. Cut down the side of the styrofoam block on both side of the circle made by the black paint spray can with the hacksaw. Cut down the length of the styrofoam block to form a cylinder-shaped chunk.
4. Smooth the sides and ends of the styrofoam cylinder with the edge of another piece of styrofoam.
5. Drill a hole in the center at one end of the styrofoam cylinder using the power drill. Drill halfway through the styrofoam cylinder. Then drill a hole in the center at the other end of the styrofoam cylinder. Stop drilling when the drill bit meets the hole that was drilled in the other end.
6. Place the clamp of the table vise onto the end of the work table. Tighten the clamp. Place the black paint spray can on its side inside of the jaws of the table vise, again making sure the can is fully empty of paint. Tighten the jaws around the spray can.
7. Cut off the bottom lid of the spray can with the hacksaw. Remove the spray cap from the other end of the spray can.
8. Drill a hole in the center of the black paint spray can where the spray cap was using the portable drill. Loosen the jaws of the table vise and remove the spray can.
9. Push the styrofoam cylinder into the bottom of the empty paint can. Stop pushing when the styrofoam cylinder is all the way up inside of the can. Cut off any excess of the styrofoam cylinder with the hacksaw.
10. Cut off the rim from around the bottom lid of the black paint spray can with the hacksaw. Drill a hole through the center of the bottom lid with the portable drill.
11. Apply bonding glue to one side of the bottom lid. Push the side of the bottom lid that has the bonding glue on it into the open end of the black paint spray can. Let the bonding glue dry for a day.
12. Place the end of the barrel of your airsoft gun into the hole of the black paint spray can where the spray cap was.
13. Aim your airsoft gun at a safe target in your backyard--for example, a tree or rock with nobody around it. Note how the usual loud noise made when firing is muted by the silencer.

Choosing the correct darts is a very personal choice. Finding the best dart for you will improve your performance and accuracy. There are many types of darts to choose from. Here are some factors to consider when choosing darts.
Instructions
1. Decide on the type of darts you want. Darts come in many types. The most common are wooden, brass and tungsten. The most popular is the tungsten type due to its durability. Tungsten darts also have a smaller barrel which allows you to group darts closer together on the board. Try a variety of dart types to determine which is your personal preference.
2. The next thing you need to decide is the weight of the darts. This is also a personal choice. Dart weights typically range form 12 to 50 grams. Most players use a dart weighing 30 grams or less. A factor is choosing a dart is the speed in which you throw the dart. The heavier the dart, the harder you have to throw it and remain accurate. When you try each dart weight, throw it the same way you normally do and see how the darts react. Choose the weight that best matches your throwing style.
3. The next factor is choosing darts is the barrel grips. The barrel of the dart varies. Some are heavier and some are smooth. Generally the heavier barrel provides a better grip, but depending on your throwing style may not be as accurate. Again, it is a personal choice so find a grip that is best for you.
4. Another factor to consider is the flight of the dart. Flights also come in different sizes and styles. A dimpled surfaced flight will help slow down and stabilize the flight of the dart. Try different flights to see how they affect the path of the darts with your throwing style.
5. Choosing the correct dart for you involves a lot of testing and experimenting. Go to a dart store and try as many different combination of types, weights, barrels and flights as you can. It may take awhile to find the combination which is the best fit for you.

Separate your team from the rest of the players with custom jerseys.
In the heat of a paintball battle with sweat pouring down your mask, it can be difficult to separate friend from foe. Use custom paintball jerseys to clad your team in uniform colors and designs. Paintball jerseys are typically long-sleeved to shield your skin from the sting of a paintball so your design should incorporate the front, back and sleeves of the jersey.
Instructions
1. Download a jersey template and print it out on a sheet of white paper. You can find templates at custom jersey websites or draw your own to incorporate the front, back and sleeves of the jersey.
2. Outline the background of the jersey. If you are going to use multiple colors in the background, draw lines to clearly define where each color will go.
3. Color in the jersey with the background color. For example, if your team's colors are green and blue, color the front and back blue, and use green for the sleeves.
4. Add any other lines or colors into the jersey such as a camouflage design or stripes along the arms and back.
5. Sketch out a logo for your team. Draw the design with a pencil on a plain sheet of white paper or create it in your computer with drawing software.
6. Mark on your template where the logo will go. It can be large on the front or back of the jersey or a small design on the shoulders.
7. Type in your team name and the names of your teammates in your word processor's document creator.
8. Change the font and color on the names until you find one that matches your team. Use fonts with block letters to make the transfer from design to jersey easier.
9. Save and print out the list of names in the chosen font and color. Mark on your template where the team name and the player's name will be displayed.
10. Take your designs to a store that customizes jerseys or scan and upload the information to a website that prints designs onto jerseys.

There will be an air release valave on every air tank.
Air tanks come in different sizes, shapes and they are manufactured for different applications as well. Most air tanks must be emptied at regular intervals for maintenance or disposal. Some air tanks, like water pressure bladder tanks, will never have to be emptied unless they have lost their ability to retain air. Disposable air tanks, like propane air tanks, will only have a top bleeder valve that opens to dispense the air. In this case, once the air in the tank has been consumed, the tank must be recycled or disposed of. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Bleed the air from any reusable air tank by opening up the air release valve at or near the top of the tank. Air release valves come in several different designs; some will look much like a regular water valve that can be grasped and turned, while others may be a ball valve with a long horizontal handle. Smaller release valves may look like a standard tire valve in which the center valve stem must be pushed in to release the air inside.
2. Bleed the air pressure out of the air tank, then locate the drain bolt on the bottom of the air tank, if applicable.
3. Attach a wrench to the drain bolt and remove it to drain the air tank of water condensate. Place a bucket beneath the drain hole and catch any water that flows out; dispose of this down a drain. Air compressor tanks and air expansion tanks attached to boilers need regular maintenance in this manner to purge the water from the system. Once the water has been drained, replace the drain bolt.
Pellet guns, like other guns, must be registered with the State Police in New Jersey.
New Jersey administrative code stipulates that air guns, including pellet guns, constitute firearms and must be registered with the State Police. Using a pellet without registering it with the State Police is illegal. New Jersey State Police provides a form for voluntary registration of previously owned firearms which have been obtained legally (either under a previous law or in a different jurisdiction). People wishing to purchase a new gun must first obtain a license and permit to purchase one before registering the gun.
Instructions
1. Obtain New Jersey's "Voluntary Form of Firearms Registration." This form can be found on the official website of the New Jersey State Police.
2. Complete the form with a ballpoint pen. You will need to provide specific information about your gun, including manufacturer and serial number, and about the dealer from whom you obtained it. You will also need to specify how you came in possession of the pellet gun.
3. Make three copies of the completed form.
4. Send the original copy of your form to the Superintendent of State Police, and a copy to the Chief of Police for your municipality. The address for the Superintendent's office is on the form. You can find the address for the Chief of Police of your municipality on the official website of the State Police.

Many different guns come in many different calibers. This requires different sizes of ammunition to fit them. There also are many other things about a bullet that can differ. A bullet is the metal projectile propelled from the gun when it is fired. Despite the use of different materials and designs, the basic anatomy of a bullet tends to be the same. It is a simple plug of a metal, usually lead, which has been melted down and shaped in a mold to fit the barrel of a gun.
The bullet is just a portion of the whole which makes up a cartridge. A cartridge is what is loaded into a gun prior to firing. The cartridge is made up of a metal shell or cylinder made of brass. This brass shell is shaped to fit into the chamber of a gun as well. It contains a carefully measured amount of gunpowder. One end of the shell is open; the other is closed with a tiny pinhole at the center. The open end is where the bullet is seated by a stamping device that forces roughly 1/4 of the bullet's length into the top of the shell. The other end of the shell has a small metal button placed over the tiny hole. This metal button is called a primer, and contains a combination of volatile chemicals which can be ignited in a flash if the primer is struck. All together, this makes up a cartridge.
The Gun
There are thousands of makes and models of guns which have been developed and distributed over the years. Basically, they come in two categories, self loading or automatic guns and manual guns. Manual guns could be classified as bolt-action rifles, black powder single-shot muskets, and single- or double-action revolvers. Essentially, what they have in common is that the cartridge does not load itself automatically into the firing chamber of the gun. This must be done by hand, though the actual process varies greatly. An automatic or self-loading gun is different. These come in semi-automatic handguns, semi-automatic rifles, assault rifles, machine guns, submachine guns and machine pistols. What they all have in common is that once the initial cartridge has been loaded from the gun's reservoir, which is called a magazine, clip, or ammunition belt, depending on the gun, the gun automatically chambers or loads the next cartridge after the previous one has been fired. This process will continue until the gun's load of ammunition has been expended.
Loading and Firing a Revolver
The two most common guns on the market are handguns--one is a revolver--and the other is a semi-automatic. The revolver is opened first for loading. This may be done several ways. The goal is to expose the rear of the revolver's cylinder, which contains many separate bullet chambers surrounding a central axis pin. One cartridge is inserted into the rear of each cylinder, typically six in all, and the cylinder is then locked back into place ahead of and above the handle.
The rear-striking hammer, which is at the back of the revolver, is raised. This is done by half pulling the trigger or cocking back the hammer with the thumb. This action turns the cylinder to align the back of the first cartridge with the barrel ahead of the cylinder and the firing pin behind the cylinder. When the trigger is pulled, the hammer falls forward, striking an internal metal aperture called a firing pin. This is a simple metal rod on a retention spring. The pin shoots forward and slams into the back of the primer of the bullet. The impact ignites the primer, which in turn ignites the powder within the brass shell. As the powder burns, it creates a huge amount of expanding gas, which forces the bullet from its seat at the top of the cartridge and propels it down the barrel of the gun. The inside of the gun's barrel will have a concentric swirling pattern called rifling. This will cause the bullet to spin as it shoots forward out then end of the barrel. This spinning adds stability to the bullet and helps it travel in a straighter line, to impact the target.
Loading and Firing a Semi-automatic
A semi-automatic handgun does not have a revolving cylinder that contains the gun's ammunition. Instead, it has a hollow handle into which a rectangular metal box called a magazine is placed. This magazine has a flat metal plate at the top with a spring beneath to maintain tension. The plate is pressed down and a bullet is slipped into place between the plate and the surrounding magazine, which has metal prongs that retain the bullet from the sides and back. The only way for the bullet to come out is to be slipped forward. One bullet is stacked atop the other until the magazine is full. It is then inserted into place inside the handle of the gun with a slap, a catch or lever ensuring it cannot fall out.
There is a spring-loaded slide at the top of the gun, behind the barrel, forming the very back of the gun's chamber. When this slide is pulled back, it cocks the firing hammer at the rear of the gun. When the slide comes forward again, a small metal catchment catches a bullet from the magazine at the bottom of chamber and slides it forward into the breach of the gun's barrel. Pulling the trigger lets the hammer drop forward, which strikes the firing ping. The firing pin in turn surges forward to strike the primer at the back of the cartridge. The gunpowder in the cartridge is ignited by the primer, which causes a huge expansion of gasses that force the bullet out the barrel of the gun.
The same rifling process occurs with the semi-automatic gun as it does with the revolver. The gasses also cause the slide of the gun to slam backward. Another metal catchment on the slide snags the side of the cartridge that has fired and ejects the empty shell out the side of the gun via a small port. The slide also recocks the hammer of the gun. When the spring in the slide pushes it back forward, it catches another bullet and chambers it, allowing the firing process to repeat again and again. This procedure continues until the magazine of the gun is empty.

Disassembly is essential to maintaining a Tippmann A-5
Being able to disassemble a Tippmann A-5 paintball marker is an essential function for a paintball player. Paintball markers must be periodically disassembled and cleaned for optimum performance. The Tippmann A-5 is disassembled with tools included with the paintball marker. Complete disassembly is quick and relatively simple.
Instructions
1. Remove the CO2 tank and all paintballs from the Tippmann A-5. It is dangerous to work on a loaded paintball marker. Make sure the Tippmann A-5 is in the uncocked position. This is accomplished by holding the cocking handle back, and slowly releasing it while pulling on the trigger.
2. Place the Tippmann A-5 on its right side. Remove the four push-pin screws from the side of the paintball marker. These screws are located under the "T" and "A" of the Tippmann logo at the rear of the paintball marker's body.
3. Pull the cylinder gas-line from the body of the Tippmann A-5. This is the braided metal line attached to the CO2 tank. Pull the trigger frame away from the body of the marker. The trigger frame separates into two pieces once it is removed.
4. Pull the drive assembly out of the Tippmann A-5 by first screwing the velocity screw into the paintball marker. The velocity screw uses an Allen wrench, and is on the rear of the paintball marker's body. This assembly was previously loosened by removing the two push pins at the rear of the paintball gun body. The drive assembly slides out.
If you have never used a paint sprayer, using one for the first time is an eye-opening experience. Not only does a paint sprayer help finish any painting project faster, sprayed paint also looks better and in less work than rolling and brushing. But after the job is done, it is very important to clean the paint sprayer thoroughly, inside and out. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. When you are finished painting for the day, place the intake hose of the paint sprayer into a bucket of water (for latex-based paints) or lacquer thinner (for oil-based paints).
2. Point the spray gun into the paint bucket and pull the trigger allowing any unused paint to be saved for later. Release the trigger before water or lacquer thinner begins to spray out.
3. Point the gun into a throw-away bucket and allow the remaining paint and water or thinner to spray through. Continue spraying water or thinner into the throw-away bucket until the water or thinner comes out clean and clear.
4. Using scissors, shears, or a sharp knife, trim the bristles of a cheap paint brush to 1-inch in length.
5. Pour about 2 cups of either paint thinner or lacquer thinner into a small plastic cup or bucket.
6. Disassemble the spray gun and place all gun parts into the lacquer thinner to soak.
7. Put a pair of protective gloves on (blue nitrile gloves work well). Put some lacquer thinner on a clean cloth rag and rub the oversprayed paint off of the frame and body of the paint sprayer.
8. Using the trimmed paint brush, begin cleaning the paint off of the spray gun. The shorter bristles will help add some abrasive action along with the solvent to work any stubborn paint residue away.
9. Filter the used lacquer thinner using a clean cloth rag and put the used thinner back into the original container for reuse.

You can save money on paintballs by making your own "reballs" at home.
Paintball is not a cheap hobby. Your marker and gear amount to a major expense, but the paintballs themselves will take the most toll on your wallet. You can save money if you adjust your playing habits, like taking your gun off automatic or teaming up with friends to purchase paintballs in bulk. You could also buy cheap paintballs, but they often won't shoot as straight and sometimes even explode in the barrel. Reusable paintballs are another option. These "reballs" cost more than regular paintballs, but since they can be reused, the cost per use lowers the overall expense. Finally, some paintball enthusiasts have taken to making their own paintballs with a bit of flour and hot glue.
Instructions
Instructions
1. The larger the bowl of flour, the more paintballs you can make at one time.
Place a large amount of flour in a large bowl and level it to form a smooth surface.
2. Push the model paintball into the flour until it is sunk to its halfway point. Carefully remove the paintball and repeat the procedure, making enough half-molds to cover the flour's entire surface area.
3. Always use caution with a hot glue gun.
Use the hot glue gun to fill each mold with glue.
4. Allow the glue to set for five to 10 minutes.
5. Glue two half-molds together to form a ball and allow to dry for another 10 minutes.
Bang! is an Italian card game (that is also available in English) that lets groups of five or more players take on the role as lawmen, outlaws and a renegade in the Old West. Each player is a gunslinger trying to eliminate his opponents and win the game. This game is easy to learn and fun to play as it pits the players against one another in an effort to save or destroy the local law enforcement, depending on which side you're on. And since nobody knows which side you are on, deception and deal-making are an integral part of the game.
Instructions
1. Separate the cards by type. You should have a deck of character types, a pile of "jobs" and the regular cards. From the job deck, select a number of jobs equal to the number of players. The sheriff is required for all games, but the number of deputies increases with the number of players. For a five players game, you play with a sheriff, a renegade, and three outlaws. Deal a job card face down to each player. Only the sheriff should reveal what his job is. The sheriff plays with his "job" card face up; everyone else plays with the card face down and is encouraged to lie about her occupation.
2. Choose a persona. Each of the character cards is modeled after a famous Western gunslinger, including Doc Holiday and Wyatt Earp, but with some minor adjustments made to avoid copyright infringements. Each character has a special ability that assists in fighting the other players. Review them carefully as you choose. Some of the most powerful have less life.
3. Deal two cards to every player. These cards will include items to make your gunslinger stronger or better able to kill his enemies. You might draw an enhanced gun, a horse or even a hideout. These things can make it harder to kill you. Everybody is assumed to have a pistol that can shoot the person next to him, but the cards can give you additional guns that will shoot people further across the table or make it harder for the guy next to you to shoot you.
4. Draw two cards. Play begins with the sheriff. He draws two cards and then plays whatever cards he can or wants to that help make him stronger. Green-bordered cards have to be in play on the table for their benefits to work. Play will proceed clockwise after the sheriff is done. The objective of the game for the sheriff is to kill all the outlaws at the table. The outlaws win if they can kill the sheriff, and the renegade wins if he is that last gunslinger standings. In a game of 7 people, the deputies win if the sheriff wins.
5. Kill your enemies. Table talk and outright lying are encouraged. As an outlaw, you generally don't want the sheriff to know who you are, so "I'm your deputy" is the lie most often heard at this card table. Several rounds may pass before a shot is fired as gunslingers try to size up friend and foe. Any gunslinger can get a benefit in killing an outlaw, as you earn reward money in the form of her cards. However, outlaws may not want to kill each other too early as they have the common goal of killing the sheriff.
6. Bang! Shoot your enemies. Each player may only play one Bang! card per turn. This is the card that directly shoots your opponents. However, you may play any number of other cards that hurt opponents as well, including duels and knife fights and the dreaded Indian attack. As a player is eliminated he must reveal his true job identity, but until then, gunslingers are forbidden from revealing their job card. They can lie or tell the truth about it, but they cannot reveal it to prove it.

The Invert Mini is a highly customizable paintball gun made by the company Invert Paintball. Upgrades not only increase the performance and efficiency of the Invert Mini, but they also customize it to your particular tastes. Customization can be simple and quick. Some of the most popular upgrades are compressed air, barrels, feednecks, grips and hoppers.
Instructions
1. Attach a compressed air tank rather than a CO2 tank to the air receptacle of the Invert Mini. Compressed air is more efficient than CO2 and will give you better performance.
2. Replace the stock barrel with an aftermarket one. Aftermarket barrels come in a variety of sizes and designs. Depending on the size, aftermarket barrels can make a paintball more accurate and shoot further. Usually longer barrels will be more accurate but will sacrifice distance.
3. Remove the stock feedneck from the Invert Mini. This can be accomplished by simply unscrewing it. Feednecks connect the hopper, which is the container that holds paintballs, to the paintball gun. Replace with an aftermarket feedneck that can be clamped. A clamping feedneck will provide a better grip on the hopper.
4. Remove the stock grips by unscrewing the six screws with the tools that are supplied by the manufacturer. Replace the stock grip with a more comfortable and stylish grip and screw the six screws back in.
5. Replace your regular hopper with an electric hopper. Electric hoppers provide agitation to force the paintballs into the gun. This will enable the gun to shoot faster and break less paintballs.

According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, (AAP), a child in the United States is killed every 2 hours by a loaded gun. Most of the death from firearms are accidental and many are self inflicted or inflicted by friends, family member, or neighbors. Some of the school shootings where children or school staff were injured or killed, were committed by students who got their weapons from home. Sadly, a few precautions- being alert, and having basic knowledge about guns and gun safety, along with communication between parents and children-could have prevented most of the crippling injuries or deaths from firearms.
Instructions
1. Sit down with your children and talk to them about the dangers of firearms. Explain that guns are not toys and need to be treated with respect. Point out that actors or actresses may appear to die on the screen, but that the blood and bullets are fake, and that the actors are really alive and will be able to continue acting in other shows and movies. Then, explain to your child that real guns kill you forever. Explain that a person who has been shot does not get to later get up and walk away from death. They never get to go play with friends or spend time with you again.
2. Purchase a gun lock for hand guns.
3. Purchase a locking gun cabinet and put your rifles, shotguns, and other similar weapons in the gun cabinet and keep it locked at all times. Consider purchasing a gun cabinet with a dual locking system for added safety.
4. If you cannot afford a gun lock or locking cabinet, remove the firing pin from the hand gun, shot gun, and rifles so they cannot fire.
5. Store bullets and weapons separately. You should preferably store bullets where children are less likely to find them like locked inside a home safe hidden and covered in a closet or under your bed.
6. Keep the keys to your gun cabinet, safe, or gun lock where your children will not know where to find them. You could put them on a chain around your neck, inside your wallet, locked into a desk drawer or night stand, or taped to the bottom of a drawer.
7. Always point guns away from you and and anyone else who may be around when checking to see if all the rounds or shells have been removed after hunting or target practicing. Clean weapons in a basement or garage, if you can, and not in the presence of your child.
8. If you and your child or teen like to go hunting or go target practice attend a safe hunter's class or gun safety class with them, even if you have a hunting license or safe hunter's card. Make sure your child follows the rules and guidelines learned in the class when you go hunting or to target practice.
9. When you take your child hunting make sure the safety of your firearm is on and that you both wear bright orange hats and vests, so that you can be seen by other hunters.
10. The AAP strongly advises adults to tell their child(ren) that if they see someone with a weapon, whether it is an adult, teen or another child to "Stop. Don't Touch. Leave the area. Tell an adult." The same rule applies if your child should find a gun.

Ever since NHL goalie Jim Rutherford added a little paint to his mask in the 1960s, puckstoppers the world over have relished in the ritual of personalizing their mask with their own artwork. Skulls, flames, monsters, team mascots, famous faces and simple stars have all adorned masks over the decades. Professional mask painting is a big business that can command prices up to $1,000. If you're not familiar with airbrushing, with a little patience and some work, creating your own mask design with the old fashioned painting method will be sure to get you noticed on the ice.
Instructions
1. Decide on elements that say something about your personality or playing style that can translate into art. Common choices are an animal, favorite team theme, fire or a brick wall. Sketch two or three designs, keeping the designs simple. Busy artwork won't stand out and will be difficult to paint on your own.
2. Once your design is done, re-sketch your decision, drawing only the artwork and no elements of the mask (this will make it less confusing when painting). Sketch to scale, and draw the design in two dimensions so it reflects all sides of the mask at once for quick reference.
3. Prep your mask by removing all straps, buckles and attachments (including the mask cage if you're painting a modern mask). Use the sandpaper to smooth any burrs or nicks in the mask's surface. Use the masking tape to cover eye and vent holes, taping from the inside of the mask. For modern masks, taping a plastic bag on the inside of the mask to cover the cage opening is recommended to prevent painting the mask's interior.
4. If painting the mask a base color is part of your design, do so with your choice color of spray paint. Allow to dry, then apply one to two more coats. Once fully dry, use the masking tape to cover the base coat to conform to the largest part of your artwork and spray accordingly. Allow to dry.
5. Repeat the above step for each color in your design, allowing each coat to dry fully between applications and removing any masking tape as your design dictates. Once all is dry, carefully remove all masking tape. Allow additional drying time of at least a few hours before applying the clear coat, which will aid in protecting the paint against smudges and chips.
Removing paint ball paint from you car is a lot easier task than removing common house and auto paints. That is because paint ball paint is made from water-soluble ingredients that can easily be washed away when the paint is wet. If the paint ball paint has dried, you can still remove it by following a few extra steps.
Instructions
Removing Paint Ball Paint from Car
1. Soak a microfiber rag in soap and water. Use it to scrub the area where the paint has settled, removing any loose paint.
2. Remove the excess water from the paint spot and liberally spray WD-40 onto the paint that is remaining on the car.
3. Wait five minutes for the WD-40 to soak into the paint. Carefully wipe off the paint using a fresh microfiber rag.
4. Using your soap and water, rewash the area to clean any remaining paint debris and dirt from the car.
5. Once the now-clean area on your car is dry, apply car wax using a clean microfiber rag. Buff when the wax has dried.

Airsoft squad training helps sharpen the individual skills of each team member.
Professional Airsoft enthusiasts have extensive training in the sport and a specialized task. For most team members, Airsoft squad training is included. To be successful in Airsoft, it is important to train with a team and become part of a squad. The training helps the squad develop tactics, hand signals and formations for successful combat.
Squad Roles
Depending on the size of the team, a squad should have five to six members, each with a defined role. An assault soldier uses a medium-ranged weapon. His main objective is eliminating hostile forces to help the team achieve its goals. The point man moves ahead of the team and carries a rifle or submachine gun. He acts as the squad leader and must be an excellent tactician.
Sniper Squad
An Airsoft sniper can usually hit accurately at 300 feet. A squad of snipers is a great secret weapon for a team to have and adds an element of surprise. Part of the sniper squad is the spotter. The spotter is used to help the team take better aim at the targets. Some teams may choose not to have a spotter or may find them distracting.
Soldier Readiness
It is a good idea to define different stages of soldier readiness before going onto the battlefield. In this way, each soldier will know what he should be prepared to do under varying conditions. The lowest stage of readiness is Combat Impossible. In this stage, the soldiers are in the safe zone, weapons are on safety, magazines are removed and soldiers are in a relaxed state. The highest state of alert is Combat Commenced. In this stage the soldiers are in active battle, weapons are loaded and soldiers are searching out targets.
Proper Protective Gear
Most tournaments require that you use a full face mask and goggles to protect your eyes. Training should always include proper gear for the full effect and for the opportunity to make adjustments for discomfort before the game begins. The goggles should be fully sealed. Proper clothing and body armor should be used. Players should use only long sleeves and pants. Military style clothing is usually preferred, such as Battle Dress Uniforms (BDUs). Your team should use closed toe shoes, such as hiking or combat boots.
Physical Fitness
All training should include a cardio workout such as walking or jogging for a minimum of 20 minutes per day. Cardio training helps to build up a player's strength and stamina. Make sure to stretch properly before exercising and before field time. Stretching properly will increase performance and helps to avoid injury. Make sure the team keeps hydrated and eats sensibly.

Teens love personalizing their bedrooms with artwork and crafts.
Teenagers love to decorate their bedrooms with personalized crafts. Teens enjoy spending lots of time in their bedrooms, seemingly only coming out at mealtimes or to go to school or other activities. Decorating a teen's bedroom with crafts she made herself will give her a sense of pride and a safe haven from the pressures of growing up.
Instructions
CD Clock
1. Take an old CD and decorate it with paint markers, as suggested by the Kaboose website. You can find paint markers at art supply stores or hobby and craft stores. The teen may choose to use bold geometric shapes instead of the numbers 12, 3, 6 and 9, or she may decide to use popular lingo or draw cute pictures where the numbers would normally go. Allow the paint to dry.
2. Attach the clock works to the CD as directed on the package. You will probably need a bigger washer for the front of the clock than the one that comes with the clock works. You can find this at hardware or discount stores.
3. Glue a picture frame hanger to the back portion of your clockworks, if one is not included in the package. Allow the glue to dry and hang it on a nail on the bedroom wall.
Decoupage Keepsake Box
4. Cut out pictures from magazines, or use your teen's favorite photographs of friends, relatives, vacation spots or pets; make copies of the photos, since these pictures will be glued onto the box.
5. Place the pictures around the box and decide where they will look best.
6. Paint a small amount of decoupage or white glue onto the back of one of the pictures with a small foam brush. Place it into the chosen location and smooth out any air bubbles with your hand.
7. Repeat the process with all of the pictures until you have fully covered the box and lid. You can overlap the pictures or leave spaces in between them. Allow the glue to thoroughly dry.
8. Give the box a shiny finish by applying two or three layers of decoupage or white glue onto all areas of the box. Let the box dry thoroughly between coats.

Increase the velocity to fine-tune your paintball gun.
The Tippmann A5 is one of the premier paintball guns on the market. This paintball gun is extremely easy to work on because of its simplicity. Like every other paintball gun, the Tippmann A5 needs minor maintenance and adjustments on a regular basis. Increasing the velocity is a quick and easy way to fine-tune the performance of your paintball gun. It is often necessary to make this adjustment every time you use the gun.
Instructions
1. Search for the velocity adjustment screw on the Tippmann A5. It is a small screw next to the hopper.
2. Turn the velocity screw counterclockwise to increase the velocity of the paintballs. This will increase the amount of CO2 used with each shot.
3. Turn the velocity screw clockwise to decrease the velocity of the paintballs. This will set the screw deeper into the paintball gun and reduce the amount of CO2 used with each shot.
4. Screw the CO2 tank into the air tank receptacle. Load the hopper and find a safe place to shoot the paintballs.
5. Shoot the Tippmann A5 and measure the speed of the paintballs, using the chronograph. Adjust the velocity screw until you get the velocity you desire.

The game of Hide and Seek is played in countries throughout the world. The rules are simple for even the youngest child to understand, and although this game is geared towards them, it can be great fun for all ages.
Materials
What you'll need for this game is a space that is big enough for all players but offers plenty of places to hide. Two great examples are a large backyard with a lot of trees and shrubbery, or inside designated rooms of a house (i.e., the basement and the den only). This game requires at least two players but can also be more fun with a big group.
Rules
Gather the group together and choose one person to be "it." This person is the seeker and must look for everyone else. The rest of the group must hide in the designated area.
First, decide and agree upon a spot to be home base. The person who is "it" stands on the home base, covers his eyes and counts to a previously agreed upon number. Usually about 30 seconds will give hiders opportunity to choose a spot and stow away.
When through counting, the "it" person says loudly, "Ready or not, here I come!" and runs to find the other players.
The hiders must remain very quiet, and the last person to remain hiding without being found is the winner, and chooses the next person to be "it."
Variations
There are several variations of this classic game, including Sardines. In this game, "it" hides and, after counting, the rest of the group goes separate ways in order to find him. When one of the players finds "it," instead of calling him out, they hide in the same spot. Soon, there should be several players hiding in the same spot, smashed together like sardines in a can. The player who is last to find everyone winds up in last place.
There is also Hide, Seek and Tag, an active variation of the game that is played almost exactly like the original. However, instead of the players being "out" when the seeker finds them, the hiders can run for the "home base," and "it" must tag them before they reach the safe landmark. Whoever hides the longest and makes it to the base before being tagged is the winner.

A huge part of a pitcher's success is their ability to blow a fastball by opposing hitters. Just simply increasing your velocity by 5 mph or so will dramatically improve the effectiveness of your fastball and your other pitches as well. A large part of throwing hard is genetic -- some have it and some don't. But adding power to the fastball can be done with some hard work and good arm maintenance. Here's add some velocity to you fastball.
Instructions
Increasing the Velocity of Your Fastball
1. Ice down your arm after pitching.Throwing harder starts with proper maintenance of your already existing flame thrower. After you throw a lot, like pitch in a game or do a bullpen in practice, it is a good idea to ice your arm down. Icing your arm makes the inflammation from pitching go down and helps your muscles heal faster. The best way to do it is to fill a nicely-sized plastic bag with crushed ice. Be sure to get all of the air out of the bag and then tie it off. Place the ice over the area of your arm that hurts, whether it's your shoulder or elbow. The best way to attach the ice to your arm is to buy one of those saran wrap spinners that makes it very easy to tightly bind the ice to your arm. It will also allow you to put the ice in awkward areas, like under your arm or right on your elbow.Taking Advil can also help curb arm pain. And a healthy arm that feels good always throws harder.
2. Get outside and do some long toss.Throwing harder is about strengthening the smaller muscles in your arm. We're talking mainly about your rotator cuff here. One of the best ways to make them stronger is to go out and throw... far.Find a partner and start out by warming up your arm extremely well. Get loose however you normally would, throwing soft at first and slowly making your way back to about 70 to 90 feet. After you are totally warmed up, have your partner continue to walk back as you throw, taking a few steps backwards after each toss. Your partner should slowly move all the way back to about 200-250 feet, or wherever is considered a "long toss" for you depending on your arm strength. For most adult males, this should be a little bit shorter than the distance between home plate and where the center fielder would normally stand.Once you're at this distance, spend about 10-15 minutes throwing long toss. To get the most out of your long toss session, you should try to throw the ball at a 45-degree angle to your partner. It will not help your arm as much if you just lob it as high as you can. It is not important if you can get it to your partner on the fly, although it is helpful. But it is more important that you throw it hard and at the correct trajectory. In the least, try to one- or two-hop the ball to your partner.Long toss is not an everyday activity. At most, you should do it no more than three times per week. Although if you are in-season and pitching, be careful not to over do the stress on your arm.
3. Workout with a bungee chord.Chord work is another great way to strengthen your arm and gain some velocity on the fastball. Get a bungee chord and tie one end to a stable object. A fence is good if you're outside or a workout machine is nice if you are in the weight room. There are a handful of exercises you can do to help strengthen your arm. Here are some of the best: 1) face your back to the chord and stretch out the chord in a pitching motion.2) Face the chord holding the end in your hand at your hip. Stretch the chord moving you arm backwards.3) Stand sideways to the chord holding the bungee chord in your pitching arm. Pull your arm toward your body stretching the chord.4) Stand sideways, the other way, holding the chord in your pitching arm. Pull your arm away from you body to feel the stretch.
4. Stretch properly to keep your arm flexible. As much as strength is important, flexibility is equally as vital. Be sure to always stretch your arm well before and after pitching and/or throwing. Don't do any stretches that hurt or make your arm uncomfortable. It's very important to stretch thoroughly every time you go to throw. Stretching increases flexibility which will help keep your arm loose and strong.
5. Keep your arm healthy.Don't throw too much. A lot of baseball players like to play every day, even the day after they pitch. But throwing too much can be very detrimental to your arm's health. And if your arm is hurting, or gets injured as a result of over use, you can rest assure that your velocity will not increase. It will only get worse.

Paintball is your passion, and you've decided you want to make a business out of this popular activity. Playing paintball is fun and exhilarating, but starting up an indoor paintball business requires work, organization and know-how. This step-by-step guide will help you start your own paintball business.
Instructions
Start an Indoor Paintball Business
1. Write a business plan. This must be as detailed as possible. Give information about the location of the business, the equipment needed to operate the business, the fees associated with daily operations, and the logistics on how exactly it will run on a day-to-day basis. Include the number and description of employees needed to operate the business, and expected profits.
2. Research loan opportunities and take your business plan to your chosen bank to apply for a loan. Start-up costs for an indoor paintball business can run tens of thousands of dollars, so know the costs associated with the business before you apply for the loan.
3. Purchase plenty of liability insurance. Because paintball can be dangerous, make sure you, your employees, and your clientele are protected in case of injury.
4. Find a location. For an indoor paintball field you will require a very large space. Some possible locations include abandoned grocery or large outlet stores, or warehouses. You will want to research the location to find out if there is competition in the area, and if there is a certain clientele in the area that you will need to attract to your business.
5. If you have neighbors on either side of your chosen paintball location, you may want to soundproof the walls to avoid any potential noise complaints. Paintball is a loud sport.
6. Consider the layout of your space. Purchase equipment such as paintball turf, field bunkers and netting if needed. You will also need to purchase an air fill station, safety signs, paintballs, guns and compressors in bulk in order to readily provide these materials to your clientele. In addition, masks and other safety equipment will be necessary to start a successful paintball business.
7. Advertise -- as soon as construction has begun, even before you have started your business. Put flyers in local schools and colleges, as well as any place young people might congregate. Get the word out that you are opening a paintball business. Offer coupons to get people in the door, then offer incentives such as one free game after 10 completed games in order to get repeat business. Continually update your business plan to ensure your business becomes and remains successful.

The Tippmann A-5 is a paintball marker powered by CO2, compressed air or nitrogen. It features all-aluminum construction and the patented Cyclone feed hopper, which enables feed rates as high as 17 paintballs per second and a firing rate of eight paintballs per second. The Tippmann E-Grip electronic trigger upgrade adds additional functionality to the standard A-5 trigger. It lightens trigger pull, enables faster shooting and offers a wider variety of firing modes. The E-Grip's magnetically actuated trigger is more precise and durable than the stock trigger. Malfunction of the E-Grip electronic trigger is indicated if the marker fails to fire when the trigger is pulled.
Safety and Air Pressure
Make sure the safety is off. Verify that the air tank is properly installed and that the tank contains sufficient pressure to fire the marker.
Check Firing Mode
Verify that the firing mode of the E-Grip trigger is not set to "No Operation." Insert a small screwdriver into the top hole of the two holes in the pistol grip. Turn the mode selection screw one click. Attempt to fire the marker again.
Remove Air Tank
Rotate the air cylinder counterclockwise approximately three-quarters of a turn in the tank adapter to close the pin valve on the cylinder. Point the marker in a safe direction and pull the trigger several times to bleed off residual air pressure in the marker. Unscrew the air cylinder the remainder of the way and remove it.
Check Battery
Push out the two lower receiver mounting pins and separate the E-Grip from the upper receiver. Look down into the E-Grip and make sure the 9-volt battery is properly connected. Test the battery and replace if needed.
Inspect Wiring
Remove the three screws and the tank adapter bolt and separate the E-Grip halves. Inspect all wiring and connections inside the E-Grip. Make sure no wires are pinched or broken.

An air gauge is used to measure pressure when filling compressed air tanks.
Compressed air is used for many purposes, ranging from inflating tires on automobiles and motorcycles to operating pneumatic tools and equipment. Portable air tanks fill a demand for compressed air when an air compressor is not available for use or not practical for logistical reasons. Filling a compressed air tank is a task the tank owner can accomplish with the use of an air compressor. A personally owned air compressor or air available at service stations and an air pressure gauge are all that is required.
Instructions
1. Check the maximum pressure rating of the air tank. The rated pressure is indicated in pounds per square inch (psi). If there is no indication of limit on the tank, do not use it.
2. Drain any accumulated moisture from the compressed air tank before filling. If the tank has no drain valve, you may skip this step.
3. Remove the cap from the fill valve. The valve is the same size and type as used on automobile tires. The location of the valve differs depending on manufacturer.
4. Attach the fitting of the air supply hose to the valve stem of the air tank and depress the fitting firmly. If the air tank has its own pressure gauge installed, keep a close watch to avoid over-pressurizing. Wear safety glasses when filling the air tank.
5. Stop filling the air tank periodically and check the tank pressure using an air pressure gauge if the tank does not have one installed. As the air pressure in the tank increases, check more frequently until the maximum amount is reached.
6. Remove the air supply fitting and replace cap.

Regular cleaning will keep your gun performing at an optimal level, and ensures accuracy and reliability.
Whether you use your guns for sport, hunting, or defense, cleaning and maintaining a gun is vital to its ability to function properly and reliably. Without cleaning, a gun may develop rust and burrs that can effect bullet trajectory and may even cause the gun to jam. Cleaning your gun also has the added benefit of allowing you to become more familiar with your gun's components and how they work. To keep your gun in optimal condition, clean it after every shooting.
Instructions
1. Put on your safety glasses and nitrile gloves. Make sure the firearm is unloaded and that the chamber does not contain any ammunition. Visually inspect the chamber yourself; do not take anybody's word that the chamber is empty.
2. Disassemble the gun as much as possible. Use the recommended tools and techniques that should have come with your gun. Consult your gun's owner's manual if you are unsure disassemble your gun.
3. Attach the bronze bore-cleaning brush to the cleaning rod and moisten with few drops of solvent. The bore-cleaning brush must be made for your caliber of gun. Different caliber guns require separate bore-cleaning brushes. Use a bronze brush because it will not damage the inside of your barrel.
4. Start from the breech end of the barrel, if possible, and work the brush around inside the barrel to loosen powder residue and fouling. If the barrel could not be removed from the gun, point the muzzle of the barrel downward to minimize the chances of metal fragments and dirt falling into the chamber. Put the brush into the breech end of the barrel and work it around while sliding toward the muzzle end, and then push the brush out through the muzzle completely before pulling it back into the barrel. Repeat this motion several times.
5. Allow a few minutes for the solvent to soak in before drying with patches. While the inside of the barrel soaks, use clean patches soaked with a small amount of solvent to wipe away any visible dirt from the outside and inside surfaces of the gun. Wipe down the outside of the barrel and pay special attention to cleaning the feedramp.
6. Remove the bore-cleaning brush from the cleaning rod and attach the patch holder. The patch holder should screw onto the end of the cleaning rod. Insert a clean patch into the patch holder.
7. Insert the patch into the breech end of the barrel and slide the full length of the barrel. Repeat with new patches every time until the barrel wipes clean.
8. Dip the toothbrush, cotton swabs and pipe cleaners in solvent and use them to clean the small corners and crannies inside and outside the gun. Clean the frame of the gun, the chamber, the firing mechanism and any moving parts you can see. Vigorously scrub any heavily soiled areas with the toothbrush. Wipe any recoil springs with a patch soaked in solvent.
9. Dry the gun with the cleaning cloth, inside and out. Dry the inside and outside of the barrel, the frame, and any wet parts of the gun as completely as possible, trying to remove as much of the leftover solvent as possible. Be sure that the firing pin hole is clean, free from obstructions and dry.
10. Attach a clean patch to the end of the cleaning rod and moisten the patch with gun lubricating oil. Run it through the barrel once to put a fine coat of oil on the inside surface of the barrel. This will prevent rusting.
11. Apply oil to the gun according to the directions in your owner's manual. If you do not have the manual, wipe a light coating of oil onto all parts of the gun, especially the mechanical parts and any parts that contact each other, such as the slides. Do not over-oil the gun as this may lead to firing problems and grime build-up.
12. Reassemble the gun without loading it with ammunition and pull the trigger (dry fire) to ensure that the firing mechanism works properly. Give the outside of the gun a final wipe-down with a clean cloth to complete the cleaning.
Purchasing used scuba equipment is an economical way to outfit oneself for a sport that is equipment intensive. When doing so, however, there are some precautions that should be taken to ensure that you're purchasing quality equipment and not just someone else's headaches. Scuba tanks are fairly straightforward and have only a few items that need to be checked to determine whether or not they are still fit for service
Instructions
Inspection
1. Verify that the tank has a current hydrostatic test date stamped on it. For the test to be considered valid, it must have been performed within the past five years. This test is done to ensure that the tank is structurally sound and is capable of operating at the pressure for which it is rated.
2. Visually inspect the exterior of the tank. It should be free from any deep gouges or rust. Also check to see that the valve, the "O" ring and the valve thread are free from damage.
3. All scuba tanks should be stored with a few hundred pounds of air pressure inside. This is done to prevent water from entering the tank and causing rust or corrosion to build up inside. Attach either a pressure gauge or a regulator with a pressure gauge to the tank and open the valve to verify that the tank was properly stored.

Wearing army tactical vests correctly may save your life.
The army tactical vest is camouflage-hued protective armor coverage for a soldier's torso in combat events. The bulletproof, waterproof polyester mesh or nylon vests' innumerable pockets store arms and ammunition, water canteens, flashlights, cell phones and documents. Civilians use such vests during attempts at a home break-in, during camping or hunting in the wilderness for self-defense and carrying essential tools and guns. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Insert the soft ballistic Kevlar fabric plates into the front and back vest panel's inner lining. Ensure that the hook-and-loop fasteners holds them in place. Close the front and back openings of the hook-and-loop fasteners.
2. Insert the hard Enhanced Small Arms Protection Inserts (ESAPI) plates into the vest's front and rear exterior pockets.
3. Fasten the buckles of both vest shoulder sides. Realign the shoulder's hook-and-loop fasteners.
Cummerbund Preparation
4. Lay the cummerbund, or sash, on a table with the outer side face-down on the table and the opening of the side plate channel facing up. Pass the three cummerbund-end nylon tabs through cummerbund adapter eyelets. Interlace the cable and three tabs.
5. Lodge the cable handle that helps emergency vest doffing at the cummerbund top or bottom by manipulating the cable through the eyelets and exiting it through the eyelet near the cummerbund-end tab. Lace excess cable through the eyelets.
6. Thread the bungee cord through the cummerbund and adapter eyelets.
7. Place the hard ESAPI side plate over the soft side plate and insert both into the pouch. Hook the pouch closed. Insert the side plate pouch into the cummerbund's channel so that the hard cover will face an incoming bullet and the soft plate will face the body. Close the channel to hook it.
Wear the Vest
8. Wear the vest over a shirt. Position the base vest's front and back section as high as possible. The vest neckline should fit the collarbone by adjusting the shoulder straps' hook-and-loop fastener tab hooks; ensure both panels are aligned from side view. Zip closed the vest's side opening.
9. Attach the front and back collar assemblies into the vest's neck space, centering the back assembly with the adjustment tabs. Affix the collar's throat guard.
10. Adjust the comfort fit systems for the shoulder and waist.
Wear the Cummerbund
11. Snap open the vest's rear flap to expose the cummerbund pocket. Lift the top and bottom pocket flaps. Place the cummerbund over the opened pocket, the side plate pouch pointing upwards. Wrap the bottom flap over the cummerbund. Snap close the top flap. Close the cummerbund. Adjust tightness using the bungee cord. Affix the cummerbund's stability stops.
12. Adjust the side plate pouch's position until the plate reaches the armpit covering your torso's side entirely.
13. Lift open the front panel's flap by pulling the flap's tab. Fasten the side plate pouch to the vest using the hook and loop tapes under the flap.
14. Wear the cummerbund's cable release handle to your left or right.
Attaching Extra Equipment
15. Secure the vest's ballistic groin protector to the front panel's inner webbing at chest height.
16. Attach the Modular lightweight load carrying equipment MOLLE pouches to the vest's MOLLE webbing; affix deltoid shoulder and arm ballistic protectors to vest shoulder webbing. Attach lower back protectors to rear panel inner nylon fasteners.
17.Affix the rifle bolster to any location on the vest.

Have an arcade party for teens glued to the video game console.
In North America, the 16th birthday celebrates a coming of age; teenagers have generally left childhood behind now and are closer in years to adulthood than they are to their preteen years. The celebration for a sweet 16th birthday can be a casual or formal affair, depending on the party budget and the preferences of the guest of honor. Does this Spark an idea?
Amusement Park
For a group of thrill-loving teenagers, host the party at an amusement park to celebrate that special 16th birthday in a thrilling way. Daredevil guests can spend the day riding the most thrilling of roller coasters, while more timid guests enjoy some of the family rides. For more entertainment, or a calming period after lunch, many amusement parks offer carnival-type games, arcades and live performances. During warm weather, some also have water parks for a refreshing break from the heat. Amusement parks that offer birthday party packages offer extras, such as a private party area for lunch, party supplies and a party host for the event.
Dance Club Party
Host a birthday party at a teen-friendly dance club that offers party packages with a D.J., dinner and dancing. The guest of honor can celebrate her sweet 16th feeling like a grownup in a nightclub-type setting. When no age-appropriate club is available in the area, consider renting a hall or recreation center's room and organizing a dance. Arrange for a D.J. to provide the evening's music and entertainment and rent some visual and special effects equipment for additional entertainment.
Gaming Venue
Plan a sweet 16th celebration at an arcade for a teenager who loves his video games or choose a venue such as a paintball or laser tag center that lets the party group become part of the game. Some gaming venues offer a combination of activities where the party group can play a variety of classic and modern arcade games before teaming up to play a round of laser tag. Structured party packages are available and many venues also allow party planners to customize the party with the activities that are most valued to the guest of honor.
Spa Party
Party planners can arrange for a sweet 16 birthday party at a spa for a small group of friends to enjoy an afternoon of pampering like adults. For a party on a tight budget, arrange for a single treatment for each guest, such as a manicure, pedicure or mini-facial. For a larger budget, consider providing a package of treatments, including the single treatments as well as hairstyling, body wraps and cosmetic makeovers. After the indulgent afternoon, the guests can flaunt their makeovers and pampered fingers at a nearby restaurant over dinner.
Add a "mod" to your game to defeat your friends in "COD4."
In the perpetual war between PC and console gamers, PC gamers enjoy the "mods" advantage. Modifying games such as "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" on a PC is easier than on a console and can even be fun if you don't mind a little coding. Once you master the coding for one type of mod, such as making your Winchester 1200 shotgun fully automatic, you can apply the principles to modifying other weapons.
Instructions
1. Make a folder in the COD4/mods directory, and name it "shottymod." Add".zip" to the end of the file name and extract the "weapons" folder from the iw_11.iwd file in COD4/main to COD4/mods/shottymod.
2. Open the weapons folder you just extracted and find the Winchester 1200. Open the file with the Notepad program on your PC. Find the piece of coding "fireType\Single Shot," and replace "Single Shot" with "Full Auto."
3. Open the mod builder. Select the first tab, "CSV Creator," and select "shottymod" from the "mods" list. Select the "Shottymod\weapons\sp\winchester1200" file from the left-hand list. Press the arrow that points right.
4. Press "New CSV" on the top right. When the new tab window opens, leave the black dot on "blank" and type "shottymod" in the space provided. Go to the top tab "Mod Builder." Find the file you modified on the list to the right and check it. Select the "Build Fast File" and "Build IWD File" boxes on the top right.
5. Go to the top tab "Mod Builder." Find the file you modified on the list to the right and select it. Select the "Build Fast File" and "Build IWD File" boxes on the top right. Press "Build Mod."
